Silverpaw nodded but paused. "Kinkfur, I saw him at the gathering!" She mewed quietly. "Is Kinkfur the father?" She stood but remained talking with her mother.

Moonbreeze nodded as she turned around and headed toward the nursery, tail drooping.

Goldenfeather sighed. "It's who I thought it was." Was all she said. beckoning for Silverpaw to follow, they headed for the camp entrance and headed through the forest toward the Treecircle, where the Medicine cats meet before they head to the moon cave.

Cloudtail looked around waiting for the others to arrive at the Treecircle."He sighed and dropped his tail as he sat down.

Lightpelt purred as Moonbreeze entered the nursery."Moonbreeze!"she purred."What are you doing here?"

Silverpaw watched sadly as her mother padded away, but still followed her mentor quietly.

"I am expecting." Moonbreeze told Lightpelt. She fixed her nest and decided she wanted to have this day be over as soon as possible.


Goldenfeather stopped walking for a second to give Silverpaw a lick between the ears. "If Starclan hadn't wanted this to happen, it wouldn't have." She said to Silverpaw reassuringly. They continued on. "Cloudtail!" Goldenfeather called as she and Silverpaw arrived. "Hello! Is anybody else here yet?"

Cloudtail got up and shook his head."Swampclan's med-cats haven't arrived yet"he sighed.

Lightpelt smiled kindly and flicked her tail.She could tell Moozbreeze didn't want to talk, so she laid her head down next to her kits.

Silverpaw just nodded, but didn't say anything else. She sat down and looked up to Silverpelt... Why is my mother carrying another cat's kits? She closed her eyes and just let the breeze ruffle her fur.

Goldenfeather moved closer to Silverpaw to try to comfort her. "Alright. maybe we should just leave without them? We can't wait all night and the moon is high already."
(I would wait for silverduststar, but they are never on. I've PMed them but still, they never RP.)

Cloudtail nodded and looked up at the sky."Let's go, Goldenfeather why don't you lead the way?" he suggested.

"Sure." Goldenfeather led the way west of the treecircle to where the Mooncave was. Inside was the Moongem, the shining crystal/rock-like gem that they touched noses to to share dreams with Starclan. Once they entered the Mooncave, a sudden, freezing draft of air pushed toward them and they were engulfed in darkness. Goldenfeather's pelt prickled, but she stayed in the lead using her whiskers to navigate.
