Josh blinked a and blushed, kissing her back softly. He smiled a bit. He'd never imagen that she'd kiss him. She'd only known him for a while. He was happy though, more than he ever thought he could be.

"Thanks, I guess, descendants are cool after all," He smiled, glad she had calmed down, and also glad that this wouldn't effect them. "I don't have to be in that form with you, I'll be human all the time, I promise. Will you trust me?" He asked, just hoping this would go they way he hoped it would.

"My gosh, I'm all alone aren't I. The people who I held most dear to me, almost gone forever," She looked down at the floorboards, thinking this conversation was getting more and more awkward by the second. A single tear slipped from her right eye, but she promised she wouldn't loose it, not now. She couldn't let herself look weak.

Evelyn bit her lip as she pulled back from the kiss. "I-I'm sorry.." She mumbled, before laying back down on the bed with her back to him. What are you thinking! That will cause an awkward tension between you now. a little voice in her head said. Evelyn closed her eyes tightly, as if that would make things better.

Josh smiled a bit. "It's fine...You don't have to be sorry..." He moved over to her and looked over her shoulder, so he could see her face. He brushed his hand down her cheek gentaly. He then wrapped his arms around him, hugging her to him.

Ash nodded slowly as she peered up at him, her eyes wide and innocent looking as she watched him. "Yea... I'll trust you..." she murmured softly as she watched him. She wasn't entirely sure what had prompted her to answer like that and say that she would trust a guy that she had just met, but the words were already out. She sighed softly, slowly detaching herself from him, figuring that he was probably pretty annoyed by how clingy she was being right then.

Evelyn gently opened her eyes to see his arms embracing her. She half-smiled, a small giggle slipped from her lips. She'd been happy with the hugging, but she hoped he wouldn't wrap his arms around her sides for that was her weak-tickle spot.

Josh smiled again, hearing the small giggle. He whispered into her ear. "Did I tickle you...?" He asked softly. He tried to find her tickle spot, trying her sides first.

"Are you hungry?" Luke asked, wanting finally to get onto a different topic. Wanting to move on from what he really is, to focusing on his 'mission.' Quetzalcoatl were almost extinct, and he needed to make sure that they didn't meet that unfortunate fate, he needed to do this, even though it was a human, he still needed to.

"Nahhh... I'm okay... Thanks, though..." Ash murmured softly, slowly rising out of his arms. She sighed softly, moving to sit on the windowsill, looking over towards him. "Sorry for freaking out earlier... It was just a surprise... You're actually pretty cool..." she said with a small smile, wanting to try and make her time here easier. She knew that it was pretty much impossible for her to get out of this, so she figured she might as well try to enjoy it, so long as he tried as well.

Evelyn jumped up as he tickled her sides. She laughed so hard she actually snorted. "Josh!" She yelled between her laughter. She sat up and tried to grab his hands, but her laughter and his tickling made it hard.
