Coalheart sighed. "I am clearly alive. I think if you were attacked at 5 moons, Squirrel, you would have died. Obviously, I didn't, and am actually doing quite well."

Sleekfur tipped her nose in the air indignantly, he shouldn't have said that. "Oh," She laughed, "So your not clan-blooded, you a kittypet!"

Coalheart snorted. "You wish, Squirrelly. I never have been, and never will be. You, on the other hand, look well suited to kittypet life. Pampered, your meals handed right to you... I bet you'd like that." He could feel his heart thumping; he'd never insulted another cat like this before.
