@ Jubee: I honestly have no clue what I had in mind when I drew it. It was four A.M., so I was just going with any ideas that popped into my head. I guess it could be looked at as some sort of mutated Franken-canine((see what I did there? XD ))

On your art, I like how you did the shading in the hair. It just looks nice to me.

It looks nice so far! What I would do is thin the back legs a bit, and give the stomach more of a tuck instead of sloping. c: hope that help a bit!

I finished this awhile back, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve the shading. It's traditional, of course: -X-

Edited. =3 Further advice is welcome, along with redlines and stuff. I know I've got a long way to go with this one still. Gosh, I'm just horrible with the eye! I can't get it right. Also, the chest is too rounded, but I have having a hard time with that. Reached the four hour point...

@Neelix: the legs front legs should be a bit longer and thighs not so rounded.

@Soteria: Looks great! though muzzles should be a bit thinner...are you trying to go for a chibi look or semi-realistic?

Soteria, all of those numbers are proportions based on the base circle you draw for the head. All of those are rough explanations, so they may be a little off lol. I was going off of the front right paw that you had originally (where you could see three or so toes), so the back and front paw is angled toward you.

just a small tip; the elbow and the knee should be somewhat in line with each other, though pending on the species; the thigh might be a bit higher or lower.

you'd want to overall thicken the body and define the limbs a bit more ^^
I started the redline based on the headsize, so the body should be proportional to it.
