Two Men walk up to Artec Kennel and The Blonde man holds his hand behind his back while talking to the young man. "Put the tags back on his cage and when we get in a new recuit this shall be there dog." He said and walked away.
The younger man bent down and clipped on the tags to his cage. He looked at Artec who was sitting there watching them. The man tilted his head shaking it. "I wish you could understand me..but your owner isnt coming back.." He didnt finish his sentence and he walked away.
Artec pinned his ears back and looked over at Solider.

Saphira smiled as Jacob returned his affection for her. Her ears perked up as she saw a decent sized den made of large sticks. She trotted over to the den and peered inside. "This looks empty." It was a lovely place considering; it had a lakeside view.

Jacob shot the den a frown before smiling, "Well, it's habitable" he pointed out, padding up to the entrance and sniffing around, "And used to be owned by children"

Saphira sniffed around before sitting down. She looked out at the water and smiled, "Speaking of.. I wonder if Voe's puppies have gotten any bigger." She hoped the pups and Voe were alright.

Soldier's ears were back, she had a sorrowful look on her face, "You know what the tags mean don't you?" She asked him softly.

Jacob gave a gentle sigh, "Yeah, I wonder how they are?" he thought, sitting down, "I love puppies.." he said, ears flattening slightly.

It seemed that a lot of things had gone back to normal for Voe. She was fed regularly, as well as allowed out into the nearby fields to exhaust her puppies - all 12 of them. She was in the field at that moment, lazing in a particularly soft patch of grass as her 3 month old puppies romped about around her, tackling each other, going off to track bugs, chasing squirrels. They loved it there.

"Trust Me I know." He sighed and pinned his ears back."I Just dont want to think about it." He growled. Artec looked up at her. "I Just worried who Ill be put with next." He sighed again

Saphira looked down at her paws as she replied, "Yeah..me too." There was an awkward silence as she stared out at the sky that was slowly turning to night.

Soldier smiled gently, her tail wagging, "Maybe you'll get a young one, they are always the most fun." she said.
