Birdpaw watched the kit dive into the nursey, before pushing is way in, nodding to Ospreyfeather in greeting. "Hello there Ospreyfeather, heard you're making a nest?" He chuckled after placing the rabbit down near the energetic kit, tail tip twitching in his amusement. "Featherkit here has me on moss collection duty. Quite the helper you've got!"

[ I'm going to advance Featherkit's age to 6 moons - so she's an apprentice now. Does anybody want to age their cats/kits? We will hold her ceremony tomorrow. And anybody want to see Featherpaw's new form? ]

Personality: Featherpaw is an independent, fierce she-cat with determination and spunk. She is one to speak what is on her mind. She is lovable and friendly, and her major skill later will be climbing trees.
History: Featherpaw came into the clan when she was only three moons old, she was abandoned by her mother in ShadeClan territory. At only 3 moons old, she survived on her own for over two weeks, catching bugs and quickly learning how to survive. This is where she got her fierce, independent, determined personality.
Kin: None in ShadeClan
Preferred Mentor: Fernfur

(Hmm, nope, not really... By the way, sorry for the late reply, I've been busy with school stuff recently...)

Ospreyfeather stifled a purr of amusement as Featherkit nearly crashing into her. "Be careful!" She mewed, giggling. Turning to Birdpaw, eyes shining, she replied, "Yes, I'm having kits soon, and I figured it would be best to settle down in the nursery now instead of making a nest at the last moment...." Glancing admiringly at Featherkit and the pile of moss and feathers, she added, "She certainly is a very good leader, and is very clever... Just look at all this moss and feathers for my nest! My kits will be very lucky!" With a wistful sigh, Ospreyfeather mewed, her tone serious, "But I can't help but think that it would've been better to have an apprentice first...." Giving her head a shake, she added in a playful tone of voice, "If I can't handle an apprentice, the kits are going to drive me crazy!"

Sorrelpaw sat outside of the apprentices' den, her dappled pelt blending into the shadows.

Birdpaw gave a murr-like noise of amusement. "Yes, but I'm sure you can handle it. My mother once told me it just comes naturally, and you love them no matter what they do!" He laughed, a cat-smile worming its way onto his face. He stretched and gave a yawn, before turning to head out of the nursery, "Well, I best be getting that moss before the little leader there gets on at me!" He mewed, before bounding out into the camp, looking around with excited brown eyes. He had a mission to complete! But, as it was with Birdpaw's short attention span, he got distracted while passing the apprentices' den. He spotted Sorrelpaw and danced on his dainty feet over to her. "Hi there Sorrelpaw!" He purred, fluffing out his multishaded fur.

•Falconpaw•

The sandy brown apprentice raced after the mentors, keeping up easily with only a few tail-lengths to separate them. Once he got to the training hollow, Falconpaw boasted on about how he had beaten his smaller sibling to their desired place. Sure, Rockpaw's deformity made his legs grow slower and less muscularly, but Falconpaw didn't care to mention that in his victory chant.

The tiny apprentice charged after the others, though he was soon tired of pumping his stocky, kit-like legs for even that not-so-long distance. He was panting a little when he reached the hollow, but his adrenaline and excitement masked his aching tiredness. "So.... What.. Now?" He panted.

[Todd.]

Junerain padded over to Sorrelpaw, "and where have you been hiding?" he smiled a bit, "come on, let's go see how your hunting is going"

Ghostkit watched from the depths of the nursery.

[MintCat]

Ospreyfeather purred. "Well, I'm sure they'll be lovely!" Sitting down, she added, "Though they won't be here for a long time...." As Birdpaw dashed away, the queen turned to Ghostkit. "Ghostkit," She asked, "Could you please help me spread out the moss and feathers?"

Sorrelpaw was in the middle of carefully grooming her small paws when Birdpaw dashed beside her. "H'lo..." She murmured, curling her tail around her paws, "How're you t'day?" Before she could say anything further, her mentor came. "Oh geez...." She muttered, and got up, mewing a breif goodbye to Birdpaw. "Fine, let's go." Sorrelpaw mewed, giving herself a shake.

The small white kit nodded and stood up, "Sure Ospreyfeather" he mewed on his low tuned voice and soon went to work on spreading the moss and feathers as the queen requested.

Junerain looked at Birdpaw and purred a good morning before looking at his apprentice once more, "alright off we go then, see you around Birdpaw" the big tom said and padded over to the tunnel soon slowing to let Sorrelpaw catch up with him.

Featherkit ...

Featherkit now sat at the entrance of the nursery. Today was the day of her apprentice ceremony. Thoughts flooded her head. Will
Shadowstar not make me an apprentice because I escaped earlier? She knew it wasn't likely, but it was nearing Sunhigh now and that would be the time to do it. Maybe she'd do one in the evening? It wasn't likely - but who knew. Sighing, her blue eyes scanned around looking for something to do. She didn't have a mother or siblings here, so it wasn't like they would be huddling around her, preparing her, congratulating her. Sighing, she blinked and waited.

(Oh my gosh, watching 'The Office' makes it really hard to focus on roleplaying. I've been working on the first sentence of this post for two four five episodes. xD)

Limbertail
"Ah, Birdpaw!" Limbertail called over to his apprentice. He padded over from the fresh-kill pile and over to the multicolored apprentice. "Would you perhaps like to do some training? I should check with Shadowstar first, but I'm sure it will be fine. Camp hasn't been very busy today," he noticed, glancing around slightly. He flicked his tail and twitched his ears, energy slowly coming to him. It would be a good day for training.

(Derp, braindead.)

Cloverlily
"Mmm," she sighed happily. The sun was beaming down on her face and she had just woken up from a small nap. Her pelt was warm and now that she was all relaxed, she was ready for whatever warrior duties were flung her way. Getting up from the ground, she turned around and scratched the tree behind her to stretch out her legs and claws. Cloverlily looked around and spotted Sootwhisker over by the warriors den (Just tell me if he was somewhere else or if he's busy, I'll edit ^.^) just a little ways away. "Hey Sootwhisker! Up for a little hunting?" she called sweetly.
