"Yeah," Isabelle said, her voice sounding strained and slightly choked. "Ah, um, do you have a roof exit? Or a- a back room or something?" She made herself open her eyes but her nails were still digging into her legs and she even had a very thin sheen of sweat breaking out across her forehead. She knew she'd held them in too long. She was losing control whether she meant to or not. "I-I need some air!" She couldn't wait much longer.

Rye's expression clouded with confusion. He hadn't meant that he wanted her to leave... Some homeless guy in the ally below crawled out of a box. "Y-you flew!" He shouted, pointing at Star with a swaying, shaking hand. A beer bottle clattered on the cement as it fell from his hand- clearly not the first he'd emptied that evening. "I seen it!"

Kent nodded "Ya a roof exit this way" he said and started to lead Isabelle to the door.

"no i jumped from a window i cant fly " she said tuthfully she really could not fly "you have been drinking a little too much" she said then looked at the box she reaced into her pocket and bulled out ten bills and handed them to him "heres ten thousand dollars" she said "go to a hotel and have a nice time" she said then left

Angel opened the garage door smiling and got in the car with Johnny. She got the keys and put on her seat belt and started the car. She almost melted when she heard the engine purring.

Angel smirked before leaving the garage "How fast can I go? Is there a limit for you?"

johnny shook his head "nope... not for this car" he said and put his hand out the window

Angel smiled "Ok thanks" but she thought 'first mistake telling me there is no speed limit second mistake telling me I can drive it with no speed limit' she drove out of the garage and out of the drive way and onto the streets.She smirked and immediately hit 70 miles an hour.

The man stared at his hand as if he couldnt believe it was attatched to his body while Rye climbed down the fire escape. Rye, too stared at his hand when he passed and then looked after Star. "You just handed some random stranger ten thousand bucks!" He said, as if she didn't know. He had followed her and wasn't too far behind her, he was catching u pquickly thanks to his big stride.

Isabellecouldn't wait, she rushed past him and ran for the roof. Just as she shovedthe door open and burst into the rapidly darkening (if not already black) night, her enormous wings seemed to shoot from her skin. She stumbled over something, possibly her own feet, as instant relief enveloped her entire body, and caught herself with her hands before more than her knees hit the roof. Her wings were easilly twice the length of her arms, maybe more, with feathers the length of her arm from elbow to fingertips near her back, longer near the tips.
