I look down at my leg and contemplate my options. "I might. Wait, I have an idea. Find me that stick I tried to throw at the animals! I can lean on that, turn it I to a crutch!" I am stricken by how brilliant I am for a second. It might work, but only if she can find it.

"You got it" I get up and run off, leaving my bow and arrows for him.

Nicole:
I smile and grab the stick. I run back to our hole. When i see Jake i ask "you think you can take care of yourself yet?"

[ Nothing much. It's pretty much been just Nicole and I 1 X 1 -ing. If you wanna know what they did, they both have bad leg injuries, and a girl was killed. ]

[ Jake ]

I shrug. "Probably." I take the stick from her, and lean against it, making it support most of my weight. I look subconsciously down a it, hoping it doesn't snap on me. "If this snaps, I'm going to laugh." I smile at Nicole, and pat the stick. "I think I'll name it... Stick-man!" I laugh, and pat the stick some more. "Good ol' stick-man."

Nicole:
I laugh, deciding at that moment I'll stay till tomorrow morning. I slide back into the hole and unwrap my leg, inspecting it. It's gotten bigger and looks worst. I had almost forgotten about it until Jake refrenced his leg.
I climb back up from the hole and turn to Jake "I'm going to the pond, you wanna come?" I ask him as i start towards the pond thingy.

Maya lay down in the cave, exhausted. "You could've shot better," she cursed and sighed. Then, she fell into an uneasy sleep.

[ Jake ]

I watch her walk back to the tree. I ponder when we're going to have to split up. I don't want to, be we're going to have to some time soon. I smile as she comes back. "Sure. Let's go." I swivel around as best as I can on my crutch, and hobble hop towards the stream.

I smile at him "I need to find something to wrap around my leg." i say, starting to feel the pain again. "Any ideas?" I ask, turning to look at him

"Leaves," I suggest. "Other clean plants. Maybe we can steal some items." I walk until we get to the stream. "Hey, Nicole," I start. I want to ask when we wanna split up. The only problem is I don't know how.
