Kohana watched as the fae's eyelids fluttered closed twice, briefly hiding away her deep pools. As they opened once more, the fae' tail swayed from side to side, the fur being blown by the oh-so gentle breeze that tugged at it. "My name is Kagi." she answered with utter simplicity. Kohana closed her eyes briefly, repeating the name over and over in her head. After all, this was her friend now, right? She didn't want to bump into this 'Kagi' fellow again and not remember her name!
Kohana suddenly opened her eyes as she heard the quiet chattering of teeth. Kagi was shivering slightly and Kohana tilted her head, watching her. Should she bring her back to camp? She wasn't Alpha; but surely it's what Evan would have done. "You look cold." she pointed out, fluffing her own black coat out against the cold night. "Do you want to come back to my Pack's camp with me?"

Yumiko watched Fall's lips move, but it was almost as if he didn't hear her, yet her voice filled his ears. Fall... She loved Yumiko. She loved him for the longest time, and he felt the same way. He was just too stupid to see it. "I love you too." he whispered, bending down to lick the top of her head.
Somewhere in the back of his mind, Yumiko knew this was wrong. A fox and a fae? It would probably never last; reality would soon get in the way. He paused, swishing his tail over Fall's. Then again, has reality ever seen quite a bond between the two animals like Fall and Yumiko's? Were their fates intertwined to create a long everlasting peace. Yumiko wasn't so sure.
But for now, he just had to enjoy this moment while it lasted.
