Theif Law

Theives must wear there Dream Bottles at all times for identification purposes

Interclan and human/theif relationships are forbidden

Treason to your clan is punishable by death

The word of your leader is law

Those who expose dream theives to humanity will be burned at the stake

Other things to know

The leading party of your clan consists of the leader, the secound in command and the healer

The leader will act as you judge if you commit a crime, the healer as jury and the secound in command as exicutioner

Bad things happen to those who question their uppers

The clans live in seperate apartment style acomidations known as theives quarters

Damien is an Albino meaning White Hair, red eyes and very pale skin. He is tall and rather lanky in build, but he is actually far stronger than he looks. What I failed to convey in the picture due to my limited drawing ability is that his face has a rather cruel look to it, so if he smiles it kinda looks like he just kicked a puppy.
He has a crusaders cross burned into the back of his neck and criss crossing scars on his back that appear to be from a whip. He has scars on his wrists as if he cut himself and other scars in various places. He therefore tends to wear long sleeves and etcetera to cover them.
He stands at 6 foot 7 inches (200.66 cm) and weighs about 180 pounds (81.65 kg). (translation he's tall and thin)
