Here is my first attempt at a snake.

Here is a hint: the head is good, but at first glance, I though it was a worm. Try to make it long and S shaped.(make it overhead view to, because that is easier to do :3)

Better than I'd do! Try thinning out the tongue a little bit and smooth out the lines.
If you know how, I'd add some shading to it, too.
