Elemental War *ACCEPTING*

Caroline hovered her fingers over the light switch. A small spark jumped from her hand and the lights of the apartment flickered and died. Satisfied, she swung the apartment door closed behind her and made her way towards the elevator. At thirty five stories above ground, she and her father lived in the penthouse of one of the many towering buildings in the area, one story below the roof-top pool. She enjoyed the height and most evenings she would sit behind one of the large glass windows and watch the city's lights come to life. It was a spectacular scene, one she would always appreciate.
Today, however, she wanted finally to be free of the apartment and explore the city on foot.
She tapped the "Ground" button and slung her small brown handbag over her shoulder. There was one advantage to having a rarely-present father - there were next to no rules.

alexs eyes grew wide with frustration she just wanted to be normal she saw the ifre and then saw it go out she made the ground shake under the girl

Andrea smiled a nervous smile. "Okay, I have the right person. Could you tell me your name? There are others like you, including me. Though I do not do electricity. I do light," she told the older boy. Her light was growing, she was so nervous around other people. "I gotta stop this. If there's another one, and Kris gets followers, I'll need to take command. Smarten up Andrea!" she internally yelled at herself.

((Could you please try to either type more or give me something to work with? I know this isn't specifically semi-lite, but I'd prefer a bit more description. Like this. And I know your character doesn't really have anything going on, so it doesn't have to be exactly like this, but just a bit longer. Thanks ))

Andrea nodded, hearing his name. "Oh!" she exclaimed, suddenly realizing the fact that she never told him her name, "I'm sorry, I'm Andrea. I'm sorry, I don't know you, but I have one more question. Do you know how or why you have your powers?" she asked, meanwhile, trying to focus her nervous energy through her body instead of flowing out of it in the form of light. She closed her eyes as she concentrated.

"Okay," Andrea said, smiling. "Would you like me to explain where they come from? It's kinda a long history lesson, but it's pretty interesting," Andrea suggested. It would be best if everyone knew their history. Everyone had a right to, and it was probably better if one of their own kind told them.
