He blinked and groaned inwardly he was stuck now, if he said no he'd never get the pup out he took a deep breath and nodded his head. "Yep!" he said cheerfully. "I'll be your Daddy," he said happily waving his tail to show his enthusiasm. "And yer Daddy promises to teach you how to fight, so you can help him protect your mommy,"

When Angel heard this she burst out of hiding and tackled Punk. "Yay!"

He let out a grunt of surprise but let her tackle him, he had to keep reminding himself she was a puppy, and he would not hurt a puppy. He chuckled and licked her cheek. "So shall we head back to the beach Kiddo?" He asked.

Angel wagged her taill quickly and nodded. "Yup!" She ran on ahead.

Punk sighed getting to his feet, he'd kick himself later but for now, he hurried after the pup as they headed back to the beach wondering what Sandra's reaction to his new status as daddy would be.

"Nothing." Sandra lied once more. In truth she wanted to ask her about Angel. She wanted to ask her how she could manage to convince her into thinking she wasn't useless. But she gave up on that thought, Abi wasn't the dog Sandra felt like discussing Angel with.

Sandra perked her ears; she could hear the footsteps of Punk and Angel. "Angel?" she asked, her voice bearing a somewhat surprised tone. But there was a hint of jealousy. Jealousy that after all she had tried she couldn't manage to convince Angel she was important, yet it seems Punk could in a matter of minuets. Sandra had been convinced that her and Angel had a special connection that the others didn't have but now this challenged her thought. Made her feel slightly insecure about her importance to the pup.

Angel giggled happily. "Mommy, I have a Daddy now!" She licked Sandra, jumping around her.

Punk trotted up looking amused as he sat down. "Heh," He said laying down with a small akward smile. "Yep, she sure does," He said wagging his tail a little looking worried that Sandra would be mad at him, no he wasn't worried he was annoyed because if Sandra started being all Mopey and depressed he'd have to worry about her, and make sure she didn't wander off and get in more trouble, instead of doing his real job, of hunting and providing for the others. "So, their are some caves up here."

Sandra tilted her head in confusion. Daddy? Oh great, she meant Punk. Well, that just answered her question. No longer did Sandra feel as if she meant something to Angel. Now Angel has a daddy, so she has no reason for the terrier. Jealousy surged through Sandra, as she sat there, trying to conceal it. "Okay." she said, her voice rather neutral. But Sandra's smile was long gone, and her eyes burned with jealousy as she stared at the mutt.

Punk could read the jealousy in every line of Sandra's Body and he sighed. "great," he grumbled softly looking away not that he wanted to be the pups daddy, hell he didn't even want a pack of useless female following him around. He growled softly and rose to his feet. "Lets go then," He said sharply turning to head into the woods.
