I think a lot of contests do. Particularly if they don't specifically say what type of art they want. Worst case scenario, ask the contest runner.

Not my fault my computer went to be fixed, along with all the installed anti-lag stuff for my tablet.
I have to use my grans, but my tablet lags terribly on it.

Mhm, yeah, there is this stigma that traditional art can't be as "good" and "appealing" as digital. As a mainly watercolour/coloured pencil artist, I beg to differ.

It is so bad if it's the only thing you're asked to draw. I do not dislike wolves, they're one of my favourite animals, and my main character has a form that represents a wolf (although it's not, it'sa mythical canine with wolf-like features).

But it still doesn't change my opinion. I'm not against people having wolves as their fursonas, but I wish there was more variety.

Don't fret.
Designing a fursona can take a long time, and you should be ready that it will naturally change over time. Just now I feel like my fursona is really settling in, after having her around for ~3 years now - she went from being an Eastern dragon to becoming a horned, fluffy gryphon from a cold climate. XD
