Hokori stretched his arms, cleaning up all the dishes and cooking tools neatly. He yawned a bit. Being a a cook didn't give him much to do, only working and making three meals a day. What could he do in the meantime? he shrugged at the thoughts and continued.

Hollyn sighed. She had heard them when she came down for breakfast. "Right..." She muttered. Hokori's reaction was proof enough. THen she looked up when she heard William. "But you were doing it weren't you?" She asked with a sort of T.T expression. Occasionally it became annoying when they bickered constantly... though she could order at anytime for William to stop... But what fun would that be? They're little quarrels were admittedly funny sometimes.

William continued to smile at his mistress, then gave in. "Ah. You caught me red handed." he sighed, holding up his gloved appendages as he bowed his head apologetically. He really couldn't lie to the girl, since that was in their contract that he don't, so he gave in rather easily to her comments and statements.

After William turned his back to talk to Hollyn, Bernard scowled again, sticking his tongue out at the Butler when he wasn't looking. Oh, he was going to find some way to get him back; he just didn't quite know when yet...

Ciel was reading over a business letter in his study. It's subject was plain and simple. They wanted his money. Ciel sighed and tossed the note on his desk. Bored, he looked over at the grandfather clock leaned against the wall. It was a quarter to twelve. The Woslads would be arriving any minute. Then, Ciel herd a familiar squeal from outside his door. Ciel quickly left his study and rushed down the hallway. Sure enough, Elizabeth was standing in the front parlor, her face gleaming with joy. Just as Ciel thought his problems were over, she had to visit. Ciel sighed. It was just as he feared. Guest were just about to arrive and Elizabeth would surely interrupt their financial discussions. Of course, being her fiancee, Ciel couldn't just send her away. Anger and frustration hidden in his eyes, Ciel walked down the grand stairs to greet his betrothed.

Hollyn sighed. "Well if you're going to make him suffer, at least let up every so often, so he doesn't explode or something." She said, leaning back in her chair, clearly relaxed. The young lady also wore a sort of smirk. She obviously found it just as amusing as some of the others to watch Bernard squirm.

Sebastian noted Ciel when he returned with the presents, which were numerous and slightly heavy. He held them, peering around them to smile at his lord. "Ah, young master. I was just about to let you know of Lady Elizabeth's arrival." he said, shifting the boxes. "Should I ready a pot of tea for our guest?"



Willaim nodded. "Yes, of course." he said, looking back at Bernard. He'd do as Hollyn said, but if Bernard got him back via a means of some childish prank, he'd chase that angel all teh way to Kingdom Come with his 3 hounds. "Are you ready for your studies, milady? Or would you rather do something else?"

Ciel nodded.
"Yes," he told Sebastian. He eyed the boxes, assuming they were gifts brought by Elizabeth.
"Put those in the parlor," he ordered his butler. He walked towards Elizabeth, his face solid and emotionless.
"Hello, Elizabeth," he greeted his fiancee with a slight frown. It was hard for him to hold back his aggravating anger.

Hollyn sighed. "Yes I suppose that would be best. I do need to catch up. So what shall I be studying today?" She asked.

"You have your reading to catch up on. As well as your latin." Willaim rambled off. He hned as the gardener slipped in for a moment, handing him the paper. He glazed over the headlines, and was quite shocked by what he saw. "Oh my..." he mused aloud, reading the article.


Sebastian bowed and set the boxes in the parlor, then went and got the water ready for tea. He returned soon after, two saucers on a tray.
