Lance nodded. " Yeah.. me too." He sighed as he started to walk back to the school.

Kat hadn't noticed the black panther, not until it began to purr. She hissed loudly, baring her fangs and leaping backwards. She was horrible with animals - they didn't like her, and she didn't like them. "What is that?" she asked, anunciating each syllable to put emphasis on the question. She glared down at the panther, still baring her teeth.

After the meeting with the demon, Xavier decided the best thing to do was meditate, pray, and plan. But he didn't want to do this on the lawn, where he could be disturbed. His wings unfurled to their impressive lengths, and with one mighty sweep of them, he was off the ground. It was as natural to him as walking, so he thought nothing of flying as he pumped his wings hard, easily gaining height. Within seconds, he had flown high enough to be level with the roof of the school. In just a few wingstrokes he was there, landing silently on the cool cement. He crossed his legs and sat down again, his face angled slightly upward, his lips moving silently with words of the Ancient Language.

Desdemona made it back to her dorm, where she sat down on her bed, momentarily forgetting that she had homework. All she could think about was Lance. He had been her first kiss... she never really thought that she would ever love anyone until he came along. She sighed, turned on her Ipod, and started her homework.

Noah-
Noah's eye went wide at the adorable display. He couldn't help that his arms reached out and hugged the fox. "That's so cute!" he nearly squealed as he gave the fox a light squeeze. The fur was soft, but corse and wild at the same time, which was what Noah loved the most about animals like foxes. He laughed and looked up, still holding onto Alex. "The sun's setting," he looked at the fox, they were about eye to eye, "Do you know how to get back to the school?"

Alex mad a weird "Gah" sound when Noah squeezed the life out of him. He nodded slowly. "Could you carry Spot? He'll end up getting distracted and running off." he chuckled thinking of when he first got the pup. He was so full of energy like he is now... but worse. He smiled standing up and started to head into the direction of the school, looking behind him to see if Noah was behind him.

Lance sighed as he sat in his room doing his work. He never thought he would get so close a demon. He always thought that demons were..."evil" not beautiful and sweet like Desdemona was. He smiled, feeling a feeling he had never felt before.

Pearl looked at the panther in shock from the tone that Kat was talking in about her pet. "My panther, Midnight... She wont hurt you unless she feels that you are threatening me. She's very friendly." Then Pearl looked up at the sky, noticing that the sky was filled with beautiful colors and darkness. Who knew what creature roamed the grounds at night. She shuddered at the thought.

Noah-
Noah practically fainted when Alex asked him to carry Spot. "Really? Of course I can!" He had to run around for a bit to catch the puppy, but eventually he got a hold on the squirming puppy. He gently, but quickly, picked up the cute bundle and trotted off after Alex. Best. Day. Ever. He got to talk to a werewolf, was staying in a room with a vampire, hugged a talking fox-guy-man, made a ton of friends, and got to hold a puppy! His grin was so wide it looked like it was seconds from meeting itself in the back.

Kat took another step backwards, teeth still bared. She wasn't wearing her sunglasses at the moment, as she had left her dorm when the sun was already too weak to hurt her. "I'm not good with animals. Especially not carnivores. But if that thing attacks me, so help me God, I will suck it dry." she growled, staring straight into the panther's eyes.

Desdemona put her homework away once she was done and turned up her Ipod. Maybe it was stupid for a demon to fall in love, but she didn't really care at this point. She sang along to her music quietly, having nothing better to do.

Alex smiled and walked up to the front of the school. He then decided to turn back into his human form, his hair covering one eye. "Here were are Noah... " He smiled turning, seeing Spot in his arms, who was now asleep.

Pearl could feel a deep growl forming in her chest. She didn't like anyone or anything threatening her pets like that. Her blue eyes turned into a dark shade of grey. "I don't appreciate you talking about Midnight like that." She growled. She knew better than to start a fight, so she tried to calm herself by taking a deep breath and grabbing her things, along with Midnight. "I'll just be going..." She mumbled, knowing the bloodsucker could hear her as she walked passed and went to the building.

"Yeah,"Noah sighed as he reluctantly held out the sleeping puppy to his owner. "He's so great," Noah said looking at the puppy with a smile. He looked at the human in front of him. "I was so used to you being a fox, it's kinda weird to see you as a human!" He looked up at the school. "Guess I'd better get back to my room and go to bed. But I'm not even ti-" at that point a huge yawn interrupted the boy's sentence, "-red. ...Tired."
