Nicole:
I open my eyes. my head's throbbing. And my leg. I don't remember what happened at first. All I remember is being back in the district looking for food. I was hungry. Everything comes back to me in a rush. I'm in the hunger games. A piece in the capitols games. I look up a Jake and smile "I figured you did something $tup!d and got yourself killed" I smile and sit up a bit more. "Ooowww" I say as I fall back into a half sitting half laying on the ground position.

[ Jake ]

I flop to the ground in relief, sighing. "Oh, I'm stupid? You're the one who just got shot!" I sit up, and smile at her. "I'm just glad you're ok." I scoot by her so I can help her if she wants to do anything. "Do you want to make camp here? There's plenty of room." A sudden thought dawns on me. "Wait... Who did this to you?"

Nicole:
"the girl from district......" I rack my brain. "Her name is Ma...." I stop and look up at him "Why should I tell you? You'll just go after her won't you" I look at him annoyed a bit.
(what district is Maya from?)

[ Jake ]

I scowl. "I am not going to go after whoever it is with you hurt like this. Who would take care of you?" I sigh as she looks annoyed. "I promise. I won't go after her at all, unless she comes after us." I lay down, and put my arm behind her head. "Lay down." I command her.

(I looked on the first page and nothing about Maya. Maybe she changed her name and it wasn't edited on the first page?)
Nicole:
"Maya, I think" I sigh and look at him "Just don't tell me you're gonna lure her here without going after her, that way you have an excuse to attack, like 'she attacked us first' or something" I laugh and wince all at the same time. I curl up into a ball and close my eyes again, biting my bottom lip like before.

[ Jake ]

I smile mischeviously. "I'm gonna lure her here, not attack, and then when she thinks she being cornered, I'll get her; all under the pretenses of she attacked us first." I laugh. "No, I won't do that. But if she needs help, I'm not giving it to her. Not after what she did to you." I wrap my other arm around Nicole, hoping I can keep her warm. I know we need to build a fire and make some sort of shelter soon, but it's midday. It can wait for a little while.

(I'm bored so I'm gonna make something up. Oh and I feel $tup!d, It didn't occur to me to check the posts. Woops)
I smile "Remember when Mrs. what's her face's cat got stuck in the tree outside my house. She got so mad because we chased the cat up into the tree." I smile again "That cat was evil" I laugh "That lady was creepy, just like her cat. I don't think it was our fault the cat went up into the tree. It was the cat's fault for being so much fun to chase." I smile faintly, wondering if we're the cats and we're not getting down. After all no one from district 12 had won for, oh gosh, I've lost count.

[city;]

[ Jake ]

I grin stupidly. "Umm, Nicole? That was my mom..." I trail off, remembering that day. It was really sunny and hot. Meiji, our cat, was frustrated because my mom forgot to give him his morning milk from our goat, so he started yowling and getting upset. He finally ran up a tree, yowling so loud, the Peacekeepers threatened to shoot him if he didn't come down. She chased him up the tree because I pleaded desperately with her to get him. "Yeah. Mum didn't always have her screws on right."

"That's right. Maybe I'm loosing my memory" I smile, A loud growl sounds from near by, I almost jump but then I laugh instead.
