{{ Until further notice, I actually am not sure if I can provide a form, I'm going to be quite busy in the next couple of weeks and without time for much writing. It's all right if someone comes along and wants to join, they can take my spot if it's necessary. Thanks for your time and I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. }}

((Alright thanks Desti ^^, I'm not really sure what's going on in the RP now, but we decided that Okami would be lead raider, so does anyone have any free characters who could come on a raid?))

(( @Niass: I will reserve your spot for around three days, and then I will open it up for anyone to join for the last spot. So I cannot guarantee we will have a spot, but we might. ^^

@Aroi: No problem, but I think the raid might have to wait for a bit. Okami will be needed when we bring Lyra into the pack. [ when she starts to cooperate. ] Maybe you should have Okami go see what's going on with the strange dog [ Lyra ] Siren and Demitri. Because she is more forceful [ from what I understand ] so she could get Lyra to come with her to Bruce? I don't know your dog as well as you do, but that's just a suggestion. She will be needed when Lyra starts cooperating, however. ^^'

Also, so sorry about not posting yesterday. And sorry about the short posts. My muse died halfway into Bruce's. x.x [ I did Alysia's first ] ))

The darkness had begun blanketing the city of New York with the familiar darkness. The darkness was definitely one of Bruce's best friends, because he was allowed to roam freely, as he wished. I mean, always they had to have a few dogs up during the day to make sure nothing happened, but mostly the dogs were supposed to thrive in the night. Under a blanket of darkness that was their saving grace. Slowly but surely, the moon began showing it's face from behind the clouds. He loved this entrancing feeling of the night, where he could do anything, when he felt strong and safe. A smile spread from ear to ear as Niall accepted his offer. Maybe being with another dog would give him a reason to smile more. You're funny Bruce, because Niall doesn't smile enough. The sarcasm floated through his brain, and he wasn't sure what triggered it. But at the same time he did. Whenever he saw Niall, Niall was usually smiling, and he couldn't really imagine Niall when he was sad. "Yeah Niall," He raised one of his eyebrows in a joking manner, "You're the boss when it comes to introducing all the doggies to each other."

Then at the second half of Niall's statement, Bruce couldn't help but he had to chuckle a little. "I'm honored that the great Niall would do a thing like that for me." He bowed his head. Then, his mind came back to the more serious matter at hand. Where is the outsider? Alysia said that they were going to bring them to me. He really hated it when outsiders thought that they were better in any way shape or form, than one of his pack members. Bruce wasn't going to be moving from this spot, because although he was going to welcome the outsider into their family, they needed to have respect for those who had been here longer than them. Just give it some time, you know that it will all turn out alright. He sighed, because it wasn't going to turn out alright. He was going to be the one sentencing this poor outsider to a life that would have to be lived in the shadows.

ℓσcαтισи :: Near / Under the Bridge
ιитɛяαcтισи :: Kali / Zach
cяʋƨн :: "I've never had one..."
Something's wrong... She looked away from Kali before she heard her response, and she saw the outsider still in the same place with Siren and Demitri. Was the outsider resisting? She hoped she wasn't, and she especially hoped that they didn't try and do anything stupid like escape. That wouldn't end well for anyone. Someone in their pack would probably end up feeling guilty, and the outsider would be deprived of much life that they could have been lived. Although it would be within the pack of course, there wouldn't be any other choice. The outsider sealed her fate by trying to see one of the pack. But that's only guessing that's why she was here... Of course, she didn't really know what the outsider's motives were for coming to the bridge, but it was the best guess that Alysia could give as to the outsider's random appearance at the bridge. After she was done rambling on about these things to herself, she peeled her eyes away from the small group, and she prayed that the two dogs from the pack would be able to convince the fae that she would be better off coming with them. Bruce answered to no outsider, and she knew that. Hopefully the fae would figure it out as well.

When she heard Kali's response, she almost exploded. She did like being treated like a pup. She had seen things that others had only dreamed of, and yet she was so much younger than them. She caught herself before she let out a growl, and she calmed herself. Chill... Just chill out. She didn't mean to. Chill. "There's an outsider back at the bridge." then she motioned her head in the direction of the silhouettes of the three dogs, "They're over there. Bruce sent me to get all the high-ranking dogs in our pack." She thought back to her conversation with Bruce, "One of the first he sent me to get was you." She wondered if Kali had been a part of the bringing in of any other outsiders before. She wanted to know whether or not she was the only one who was really excited about this, probably because it was her first time.

She fell into a pattern for keeping up with Kali's much larger steps as they headed back to the bridge. She was still really jumpy from all the exhilaration that had been rushing over her over the course of only a few seconds. She then said, I need to go find the others." Without a chance for any more words to be said, she bounded off. However, she didn't go in the direction of where any of the other leaders might be, she ran in the direction of Zach. "Zach!" she called out to him, "I need your help. We need to find Nimble Prosperity, Okami and Dakota before it gets too dark to see any of them." She stopped to catch her breath. "How about I go find Dakota, and you go find Nimble and Prosperity." She shook her head at her stupid mistake, "I meant Nimble and Okami." She sighed and blushed a little, usually she didn't mess up her words like that.

((I'll try my best to jump in, correct me if I screw up ^^"))
{{ Okami }}

A slight breeze rolled over the grey landscape, rustling the near-by trees. Leaves fluttered down like soft rain in front of her, spinning as they lightly touched the pavement. The wolf-like dog's ears pricked, there were voices not far ahead. She raised her head slightly, they were the voices of other dogs. Narrowing her eyes against the rapidly approaching darkness, she strained her ears forward, trying to filter out the voices. Unsuccessful, she straightened her ears and stood from her sleeping position. Placing one paw in front of the other, she closed in on the voices, until slowly they started to distinguish themselves from one another. "You're the boss........to intruducing.....each other." Bruce . The she-wolf thought as she approached a wide bridge, the voices still conversing underneath the wide structure.

Narrowing her ice-blue eyes, she continued to approach the path that led under the bridge, from this distance she was able to clearly pick up on the conversation, "... that Niall would do a thing like that for me" Bruce again. She thought. The wind's blowing away from me, I can't pick up the other scents.. Suddenly the voice direction switched, turing around, she flung her ears in the direction of the other voices. "There's an outsider back at the bridge" A female's voice barked. Alysia. She pricked her ears forward, listening intently to the conversation. How many dogs are here? she wondered. And what's with this? An outsider? "They're over there. Bruce sent me to get all the high-ranking dogs in our pack." Alysia again, sounds like there's trouble if everyone's being called.

Looking back at the path that lead under the bridge, she decided it was best to go after Alysia rather then down the path to Bruce. If Alysia was sent to look for high-ranked pack members, she would definitely be included. Taking a deep breath in, she sprinted off in the direction of Alysia's voice. Her scent was now blowing towards the stone-colored dog, so it was easy enough to follow her trail. With her rapid speed, Alysia was now within sight. Aproching up from behind the other dog, she barked, "Heard you were looking for me, hm?"

((Iron: Tis fine. I just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything ^^"

Muse is half-dead so I'll have to type up a response for Bailey later...))

Cheyenne Female Raider Trainee

Cheyenne glanced up shyly as she heard the black dog murmur her name the first time. The pup still wasn’t sure who the other female was; although when she introduced herself, the name sounded vaguely familiar – as if she’d overheard others in the pack mention the name. Knowing she couldn’t always rely on Bailey, Cheyenne did her best to step out of her shell and overcome her fears. “H-hello D-Dezerae,” she murmured, her voice a little louder now. Despite her best effort, the small merle Border Collie was still cowering slightly below the sheepdog her ears back and tail tucked around her hind paws. Maybe life in this pack won’t be that bad, she thought wistfully. Already, she’d seen the kind natures of many dogs on the way back from the raid. Yet the young female couldn’t help but remember her littermates, when they would play with her one moment and then gang up on her and push her away the next. Cheyenne’s eyes reflected the sadness and heartache she felt whenever she thought of her family – of her dear, sweet mother, her hot-and-cold siblings, and her proud but distant father – who she’d never get to see again; especially now that she had stumbled upon the pack and could never leave them.

While she was waiting for Zach to reply, she heard the distant beating of paws coming closer to her causing her left ear to start twitching. She turned her head, she was so over surprises at this point. She saw a dark shape running at her, and she was afraid for a moment before she realized who it was. Okami. She must have heard me talking about her? Or is it just coincidence that she shows up... now? Okami's body language didn't show anything about what she was here for, but from what she knew about Okami, which wasn't much, she didn't really seem like she was the most social dog. Yet here she was, ready and almost willing to talk a little. "Actually, I was. " She turned her head so that she was fully facing Okami. "There's an outsider, and Bruce asked that all high-ranking dogs be present." Then she asked something that had been nagging at her for a while, "Is this unusual?" she paused, "For... I mean... Bruce to call all the dogs? Or is it normal?"

Okami pondered the young dog's question for a moment, titling her sliver-white head ever so slightly. "Come to think of it, usually not everybody's called." the stone-furred dog sat down on her haunches, her blue eyes curious. "I overheard Bruce talking about this stranger, I think it's because they're giving him a bit of trouble." Hunching her shoulders, the middle-aged dog hauled herself out of her sitting position, "Not that I'm really informed anyways." Giving a quick sigh, she looked off to the right, away from Alysia but towards the bridge. Bringing her gaze back to Alysia, she barked, "So, am i supposed to go back to the bridge with Bruce or go find the others?"

(( Bleh. Sorry, guys. I ran out of muse the moment I finished Niall's. Anyone in for talking with Bast? ))

Иιαℓℓ

Niall grinned at Bruce, enjoying the feeling of happiness that was flowing around inside his body. He didn't answer any of his friend's statements, but gave him a quick, "You got it," before turning to look out under the bridge.
The moon was climbing it's way into the sky, eating up the night sky that stood in it's path. Niall's eyes shined and shimmered with it's brightness before the sphere forced him to blink. That was when he remembered a story his brother, Cannon, had once told him while they were living on the streets, watching the moon make it's way into the sky:

"On a day long, long ago, the sun and moon had an argument. During this time period, the sun and moon didn't come up at two different times a day, they stood side by side in the sky, bickering over who should be where while the side the sun was on was filled with light, and the side the moon was on, a dark night sky.

The sun thought that every day should be filled with sunlight, keeping the people awake and active all throughout it's 24 hours and on. He didn't want darkness at any point of the day, because he believed that darkness made people sad and lonely.

The moon, however, thought differently. She believed that every day should be only nighttime, so that the people never woke, they just kept dreaming and dreaming. The moon didn't like people because they killed off nearly all her friends; the stars, with pollution. If they slept the entire day, no more stars would vanish.

Mother Earth did not like the way the sun and moon cursed and snapped at each other; she wanted peace between her two children. So she came up with a plan. After sharing this with her husband, Father Ocean, they began to search for two brave souls that would be willing to do what they were asked of.

Finally, a day came where the parents were able to rest upon a brother and sister, not human, but dog. Their names were Hercules and Artemis, and they both agreed on doing what Father Ocean and Mother Earth asked them to do:

The sun and moon could not be separated because of their fighting, so the parents had decided to let them rise and fall at different times. But they were not sure that the siblings would be able to keep apart and would then disobey their parents orders, so they sent the dogs to ride in a chariot behind the sun and moon, keeping an eye on them as they climbed into the sky or decended down by earth.

It has been that way ever since. Artemis occupies the silver chariot behind the moon, where at night they glow in the sky and watch other the sleeping people. Hercules rides the flaming chariot behind the sun, heating up the air in the daytime as they watch the people play."

Niall let a small smile light his face as he thought of the story Cannon had told him what seemed like eternity ago. He would have to tell Bruce the tale sometime. He turned to his friend, breaking the science between them. "Where is this outsider?

Ɖɛʓɛяαɛ

Dezerae frowned as she heard the stutter in Cheyenne's voice. Was the younger one afraid? Or was she just naturally shy? Dez couldn't figure that out just by looking at her, but she let that one slide. "Pleasure to meet you," she said smoothly, along with a curt nod of her head. A scilence lay across the two, and Dezerae shifted her weight from one paw to another. "How long have you been here, Cheyenne?" She asked a little uncomfortably, glancing into the female's eyes, then away.

βαƨт

Bast's paws slid over the alleyway's cobblestones quickly and smoothly, lifting up then silently touching the ground again. She sniffed the air, her nose tasting every bit of scents within her range of smell as her ears strained to pick up any noise. Then she caught it, and was on the mouse's trail immediately.
Just a few more steps, she thought, urging herself on. She lunged forward, snapping her teeth around the small animal's neck, instently snapping it's windpipe.

Lyra wrote:Current Mood: Still Fearful, Confused
Location: GW Bridge
Interaction: Demetri & Siren
Crush: Feeling a bit crushed at the moment.
Lyra
Lyra's lips curl back in a bemused smile that shows just a few too many teeth as Demetri once again restates her options, and she hakes her head. "You don't seem to understand. I'm not going anywhere. I've never said I was leaving." Just how many times do I have to explain that to him anyways? But then, without so much as an acknowledgment to her statement, the white dog turns on his heel and walks back into the darkness of the bridge. What the heck did I get myself into? Who ARE these dogs, and why be so harsh yet desperate? Lyra has no idea what to do, this is not as all what she had expected. Most dogs, while not overly welcoming were at least civil, willing to exchange names and such. Even outright hostility she would have understood, but not this. Will it always be like this? Is it even worth trying to reason with them? What's the point of a pack if they all hate each other?

Mind swirling with questions, Lyra whimpers quietly to herself and takes half a step towards the bridge before stopping. She desperately wants to move, to run away from all this or even charge the bridge to make something, anything, happen. But she is far too stubborn for that. High above the clouds have parted, and the moon now lends it's silvery light to the dull yellow glow of the street lights. The night is cool an pleasant, and if it were not for her current situation it would be perfect for hunting. However, her wistful thoughts are interrupted as Demetri reappears. She is so focused on his approach that she never notices Siren as the black dog slips out from under the bridge and circles her. At his mention of someone coming along shortly, she nods. "Good. Maybe they will make more sense..."

Lyra's words are cut off when a deep growl sounds behind her, and before she can move something has slammed her to the ground. With a vicious snarl she throws the weight off of her and is back on her feet in an instant. Teeth bared and growl in her throat she rounds on her attacker, until she sees it is Siren. Hackles still raised, she stops and glares at her before her head swings around to look back at Demetri. "Enough! I'm sick of your cowardly games! All mystery and idiocy... SInce this 'Bruce' seems to be the only dog around here important enough to have a name, I guess I'm going to have to go speak with him." She roars, her uneasiness instantly transformed into rage. "And I'll not be led. I'm not some sheep to be taken to the slaughter, especially by the likes of you." Her teeth snap close to Demetri's face, though it is obvious they were never meant to make contact. She then storms away from them, deliberately turning her back on both of the other dogs as she walks into the darkness under the bridge.

((Gah, I am SO SORRY that it has been so long guys. Life has been utter craziness the past couple of weeks. Seriously though, if you ever feel that I am holding an RP back, PLEASE PM me and tell me to get my act together and post already! I'll do my best to make time and post at least something for you to respond to.

Anyway, sorry to drag this out so long. I know Lyra seems pretty obstinate, but she'll come around once y'all start making sense to her.))
