I look at the darkening sky and sigh before heading to my lonely corner of the mansion again. I slowly walk down the stairs, more like float actually. My mind is sorrowful as I look at the pictures. A little girl in almost everyone of them. Two little boys in another and all four of us in another. A sorrowful wail escapes my lips as my eyes catch sight of a pink ribbon.

[Monster.]

Maria smiled at him and nodded softly, "Okay"

"Good. I knew I could trust you." Max said smiling at her.

Zoey said, disappointed,"Oh." She cheered up and said,"Okay! But doesn't smoking make you really sick?" She wringed out the hem of her dress, the chemicals dripping down but not forming a puddle.

[Monster.]

Maria smiled at him and nodded laughing softly, "Ya~"

"I need to get out of here." I whisper and vanish from the room, appearing in the old dining room. I sit down on a chair and don't slip through this time. I try to pass my hand through the table, but it's not as easy.
