Abi caught sight of—what was it, Pink?—in the distance. Although she didn't particularly like him, he was the only other one who she wasn't inclined to try and rip the throat out of. She began to travel dowstream toward him. "Hey, you here to see Sandra?" she asked in a monotonous voice. "I wouldn't if I were you. Unless you're one for the mushy puppy love," she said, rolling her eyes and pretending to gag.

He cocked his head. "It didn't matter who I see," He responded sitting down with a chuckle he sighed. "I found some caves just a ways into the woods, they would make good shelter for us.

Sandra sniffed the air but it was hard to smell anything but the overwhelming scent of fish. Well, she saw a bird so that worked for her. She stalked forward and leaped on the bird awkwardly, squishing it. It wasn't intended, Sandra always thought it wasn't fair to kill her prey inhumanly. So guilt stabbed her as she heard a loud squawk of pain before dying. It was Sandra's first messy kill in a while, it was probably because living in the shelter she didn't get to practice.

[Mario]

Angel wagged her tail and barked happily. "Yay, Mommy caught another bird!" The pup hopped forward, licking her chops.

"Here." Sandra nudged the bird towards Angel. "Not my best catch though." she added, looking distastefully at the blood on the ground and on her paws. She padded towards the stream and dipped her paws in, the blood swirling off of her fur. She let out a sigh of relief, the cool water was soothing on such a hot day.

[Mario]

Angel quickly ate it all up, leaving only a chunk of meat. She carried it to Sandra and dropped it next to her. "Here you go, Mommy. I saved some for you."

[fish sticks]

Sasha went a little away to go hunting. She saw a deer and stalked it. 'Your mine!' Sasha thought and ran torwards it. She locked her jaws around its necy. In a few minutes it died. She howled for the others that she killed some prey. Then, she started to drag it back.

Sandra pricked her ears at the howl. She howled back although didn't go to where the noise had come, she didn't want to leave Angel. For all she knew there could be bears or jaguars or chimps that would love to eat a little pup. So she stayed near Angel.

[Mario]

Angel tilted her head. "Mommy?" She was wondering why she hadn't responded to her. She nudged her paw.

[fish sticks]

Sasha dragged it back and saw Sandra. "Hey, found some food." She said and dropped it.
