She fluttered to the surface, splashing a bit. She took a gasp of air, wiping the chlorine from her eyes. "How about you get in here a little quicker?" she asked, her clothing completely drenched.

"I dunno..." Alex laughed as she kicked off her shoes and set her electronics on the ground; debating on whether or not to take off her hoodie.

She raised her brow, before slapping her arm to the water, sending a huge wave at Alex.

"shi-...."Alex jumped back; grabbing her stuff. "Hey!" She shook her head; moving her stuff further away before jumping in.

"... is for horses," she replied cheekily, before splashing her companion again. Her gaze was lit with amusement, her nose crinkled as she fought off a laugh.

"Ah! Glasses!" she turned away; pretending to inspect them before turning vack; splashing her friend with a large wave of water.

"Like I care?" she asked, glad she had worn her contacts that day.

Alex laughed; setting her glasses on the edge of the pool and running a hand through her hair.

She smiled, before diving under the water, her feet propelling her forward, as she resisted the urge to pull Alex under by her feet.

Alex laughed alittle, mimicing the conversation she and her parents will have when she gets home. "Why the hell are you soaked?" "I...Oh it's all Gabi's fault; she forced me to go get icecream then go swimming. Shes a bad seed." It was more for her amusement than anything. She watched Gabi underwater; half expecting her friend to grab her leg or something.
