Missed November08 dog? Sorry if I mised it but Icouldn't find this Wolf/dog in the archives, it dosnt seem to have a rarity either!

Yes, it's a custom pet.

There is nothing wrong with that, it's just how those horses grew. It started as a dawn foal, some turned PPS, some kept on growing into the sunny foal, some tuned PPS some kept on growing into the adult. Some adults stayed adult, others grew "backwards" into the other two PPS outcomes.
