Recent Rarity Change List [January Update in progress!!]

I can't remember which ones exactly, but the rest of the uncommons from the '09 Staff Litter changed to rares. Not sure when either, but I know just a couple days ago I was trying to trade for the uncommon ones (which was only I think 3). Nope, all rare now, which makes my job just this much harder XD
