Holllyn turned away, not facing Alois. Instead she focused on the horses and their riders preparing to race. She watched intently, completely pushing the knowledge that probably one of her least favorite people was just across from her. She rolled her shoulders a bit, thinking of insults describing him.

Claude scowled as William was shoved into him by the crazed nanny. The butler in white composed himself, not apologizing to Claude, and fixed his tie, the crest along with it. "I can tolorate a shove, but showing up late only proves that you should be demoted... or better yet, fired." he muttered, loud enough for the angel to hear. His mixed gaze narrowed at the curly headed brunette.


The race had begun, the animals enciting a whoop from the crowd and owners took out their binoculars to better see the action. Claude reached into his breastpocket and pulled a pair out for him. William did the same for his mistress Hollyn.

Hollyn took them and only used them at interesting points or when they were too far away to see without them. She watched the race intently, eyes wide and watching.

Bernard scowled, hearing William's comment about his job. "Shut it, you leech." he snorted, narrowing his bright green orbs as he childishly stuck his tongue out. The Angel glanced over at the track as the horses started running.

The race was really between Alois's horse and Soundless Whipping. William watched quietly, curious as to who would win, but kept an eye on the other two beside him. They didn't share a rivalry like Sebastian and the spider, but the obvious hatred between both young masters suggested that they don't speak to one another fondly. And really, whoever yor master hated was who you hated. It just worked like that.


The butler in white quirked a brow at Bernard as he told him to be quiet, and did him the pleasure of whapping him upside his head when he wasn't paying attention. The angel was sitting in front of him afterall... so he was an easy target.

"Will you two stop bickering while we're in public?" Hollyn asked, rolling her eyes. She let out a sigh, and rose an eyebrow, watching the horses. She yawned a bit, beginning to tire a bit. The day seemed to be dragging by.

Bernard let out a hiss and rubbed the back of his head when he felt the strike. He turned around and glared at William. "Filthy monster." he grumbled under his breath, curling his lip back into a snear before he heard Hollyn correcting them.

"Of course Miss." Bernard said in a much gentler tone as he gave a slight bow of his head. The Footman corrected his outfit a bit and stood straight.

William smiled in a cutsey manner at Bernards sneer, and bowed to Hollyn when she spoke up. "Yes. My deepest apologies." he said, then stood back up. He noted her yawn, and then checked the time. They would leave as soon as this race was over. Hollyn looked like she was ready to sack out.

"Thank you," she said with a sigh. She was definitely becoming more tired as the afternoon carried on. By the end of the races though it'd only be late afternoon, time to return home for dinner. She'd probably have dinner and then retire early for the night.
