The land of the Hybrids~New~

Sara shook her head, "I have no clue."
She thought for a moment, "Actually I never thought of it. Maybe somebody at the bonfire'll know... That wolf seemed pretty good on the information to, I'd start there."

After a while, the blood stopped flowing and his eyes began to flutter open. He glanced around looking at everyone as they scurried around and gasped seeing him the way he was. When his sight turned to the girl and then Peter, it was as if he was seeing the man in his human form and not in the wolf form. With a shaky and raspy voice, he whispered the man's name as if questioning the wolf wanting to know if it was really him but he was unable to move. A few of the other hybrids took him from the two and placed his body on the ground where they tended to his wounds. One of them was an old wolf having ben on the island for several years and was one of the first but rarely ever seen. They called her the "Wondering Spirit" of the island. Her home was on the farthest end of the island in a large cave lined with bone designs and shelves made from tree trunks that held her herbs and mixtures. Blue flames burned at the entrance of her den but no smoke came from the flames which was very odd. She was the only healer on the island and healed his wound using some kind of magic. He lay there with a dazed gaze as he stared up at the wolf he believed was Peter but it also felt like a dream. That his mind was playing tricks on him.

His gaze never left the male's as he listened to the girl speak but he didn't believe her. His Peter was far gone, back in his home town. There was no way his Peter could be here on the island with him. His mind was just playing tricks on him. He began to get angry with the girl for calling the wolf he stared at Peter. He turned his head to stare at her with burning eyes filled with pain. "No! It's impossible! There's no way he could be here. Why must you tell me lies?!" He had barked at her, his eyes tearing up again. Even though the old wolf healed his wound, his stomache began to hurt even more than when he plunged the shell into it. With a gust of wind that picked up he sand, it swirrled around the grey wolf and when it died down as quickly as it came, she was gone. Just like the name the hybrids gave her. The Wondering Spirit.

When he heard Peter's voice, it was almost completely similar to the man he knew and when he heard what town he was from, his eyes widened and he turned his head to stare at the wolf. "No. You can't be him. You can't be my Peter. Could you?" His voice was still a bit raspy and his hands began to curl up into fists but he couldn't sit up like he wanted to and he could stand and run like he wanted to. Not yet anyways.

His eyes began to fill with love as he remembered the time he was in the hospital. The man had kissed him before they took him away. "You, kissed me then. Before they took me. Before I became this..... 'thing'..." His voice was a bit more clearer as he began to get the control of his body back. He moved his arms trying to help himself sit up but he was weak still and only managed to lift his torso up a few inches as he clenched his teeth from the pain in his stomache.
