Xavier shrugged. He honestly had no idea if they were. And why did the boy look so scared that greyhounds may have been used to hunt foxes. "Why?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. Meanwhile, Clinton had bounded over and was trying to get Alex's puppy to chase him.

Lumina smiled at Des. She was glad she finally got to meet one of Lance's friends and she could tell that Lance really liked Desdemona. Despite her being a demon, she was actually quite pretty and she saw why Lance liked her so much. She turned back around with a faint blush on her cheeks when the teacher began to talk about their homework, which Luna would more likely not do.

Alex looked at Xavier. "I'm a fox!" He said happily with a big smile on his face. He chuckled softly as Spot let out a yip and started chasing Clinton.

Desdemona returned the smile before turning her attention to the teacher, who was giving out homework.

Xavier raised an eyebrow. No, he wasn't. He was a human. Unless he meant... "Shifter?" he asked curiously, turning his gaze to watch the dogs. Well, Clinton certainly wasn't being aggressive towards Alex - in fact - he was sort of ignoring him.

Alex nodded smiling. "Yup!" He sat down against his bed and Spot came running towards Alex, jumping in his arms.

Lumina got up just before the bell rung. She always has that sense when something's gonna happen.

Desdemona stood up after the bell rang. "It was nice talking to you." she said to Luna.

Lumina smiled. "Yes. It was nice talking to you too." She walked to the door. "I gotta go see if Noah is gonna be okay on his own for the rest of the day.. School is about over anyways."

Desdemona nodded. "Okay. See ya later." she said before walking out of the classroom.

Xavier nodded in understanding, then he whistled, which caused Clinton to come bounding over to him. The dog jumped onto his lap and began licking his face, it's tail wagging. "No, boy." he said with a chuckle, pushing the dog off of him. "Sit." he said quietly, and the dog obeyed, sitting at his feet. Xavier laughed softly and scratched the dog's head - Clinton was the only thing in this world that he truly cared for.
