Skyburst

Skybust raised her head as the meeting was called and padded over to where Shadowstar was standing, sitting down to listen intently. She may go get a cat nap after this, for she was already feeling weary from her long night and already adventurous morning. She smiled to herself at the kits, knowing they must be quite excited and raised her voice in a chant, beckoning the others to join in. "Nightpaw! Lilypaw! Nightpaw! Lilypaw!" She called, her tail curled up in delight for the two apprentices.

Sunfur reached forward and touch noses with Lilykit. Sunfur turned back to the crowd of cats and thought about something. She suddenly had a big urge to laugh. She didn't know why, but she needed too. Sunfur let out a few giggles, even though she tried to stuff them in, she covered her mouth with her paw and tried to hold them in.

(Not much I can do until Dawnbreeze accepts, so... What did she think about? Lol, priceless.)

Duskfur

Duskfur had just finished grooming her short coat, making the many shades of grey on it gleam when she head Shadowstar's voice with the familiar words of a leader ring out throughout the camp. She perked her head up, but made no attempt to move much closer to where he was standing, content with where she already was. She watched as he made the kits apprentices, noticing the familiar gleam of excitement in both the eyes of the young new apprentices as well as their new mentors. She remembered when that had been her all those moons ago.

Dawnbreeze

When Shadowstar called a meeting, Dawnbreeze dutifully came and sat below the tree with everyone else. She wasn't thrilled to have a meeting, but she wasn't unhappy about it's timing either. She watched as Shadowstar called up the two kits, and smiled a bit. Apprentice ceremonies were something that everyone looked forward to.

"Sunfur, Dawnbreeze, please come forward."

Dawnbreeze was very surprised when Shadowstar called her name. Everyone knew she perfered hanging around the medicine den and helping the medicine cat, why did they pick her for a mentor? Still, it was an honor she couldn't refuse. She stood, but since she had hesitated in surprise, Sunfur got to Shadowstar first. Dawnbreeze waited at the front until Shadowstar was done with Lilypaw's ceremony, then she came forward to where Nightpaw was standing in front of Shadowstar

"Dawnbreeze, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be exceeding in any clan position and a loyal warrior. You will be the mentor of Nightpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to her. Do you accept?" he asked Dawnbreeze. He hoped that she would, as he knew she would be an excellent mentor. It would be a great learning experience for Nightpaw to be able to know some basic herbs and poultices, that she could pass on to her apprentice, and so on and so on.

Lilypaw
Lilypaw was still biting her lip in excitement. She was an apprentice! And the deputy's apprentice at that! This was going to be. AWESOME! Plus, Rainpaw had LICKED HER FACE! She would get to train with him, and hang out with Sunfur; Sunfur was one of those few cats she could pour her heart out to, and now she could talk with her constantly!
