My second time trying out lineless art, and my second time trying to emulate fur.
One of my drawings just got moved, but I'm trying again. Some day...

Anyways, about the drawing.
It's my favorite second gen from this month;

As soon as I saw it, despite it's happy, sleepy smile, something inside me told me that this pup had a sad history. So, I drew what I imagined.

If it isn't intermediate worthy, feel free to say so; just, please, tell me why!^^

I'd love some comments and critique, especially on the shading and fur.^^

I think this is a very good piece of art, especially because it's your second lineless. I recommend, for the fur, taking a slightly darker color and using the pen and making decent sized dots (like a 9 or 10) and then using the smudge tool at a small setting to make little brush strokes. be careful not to overdo this, though, take your time and I think it will turn out wonderful. Also try using the airbrush for shading.

I really like this! Lineless is tricky, so this is very good.

Well, I see someone already gave a fur tip, but this way also works(I got it from a tutorial in the editable section):
Copy and paste the colored layer. On the new layer, click lock alpha and make the whole thing one color(any color you like, but make sure it's closer to the left side of the color box). Then, select a lighter color(only slightly) and a medium small pencil brush, and begin making fur strokes where the light hits it.(This works better if you have pen pressure. If you don't, use small brush sizes.) Then, select a color that's slightly lighter and a slightly smaller brush and make strokes closer to where the light hits. Keep doing this until you get to white, and use that sparingly, making it only the brightest parts of the animal. After that, set the layer to "multiply" and turn the opacity down if you wish. Also, you can blur the layer to give it a softer look, but that's completely optional.
