Hawkpaw dipped her head to Thistlewing and told Golden to stay where he was. She bounded up to highrock and walked into her brother's den. "Hey Loststar I have someone I want you to meet, He wantes to join the clan."

Loststar perks his ears and got up. "Come on show me where he is." Hawkpaw bounded over to where Golden was and Loststar followed.

Golden nods and sat,nodding his greeting to the silent cat,he wasn't sure what she was doing but it seemed important.

Loststar walked up to the kittypet. "Good evening I'm Loststar and I here you want to join Gustclan?"

Golden dips his head then says"Yes I do" he says in a casual voice,he really did want to join.

"well good I just have a few questions. Can you hunt? How old are you? Whats your name? and why do you want to join?" Loststar asked the young tom.

Golden nods and he thinks"No" he say quickly not much thinking there"I'm 7 moons" he says remembering what his mother said about the ages in the Clan"My name is Golden" he says flicking his tail,he loved that collar but the humans took it and he never saw it again"I want to join because I have heard many things about the Clan life and I really want to live it" and I want to be with Hawkpaw, he said in his mind.

"Well everything sounds fine but the hunting part but I can get Hawkpaw to help you with that and would you like your name to stay the same or change it to have 'paw' at the end like Hawkpaw?" Loststar said
