Carmite blinked hearing what he just said before saying slowly "Your Bi?"

He snapped his jaws shut and glanced back at her. He wrapped a hand around his muzzle and refused to speak but the red on his face and the way he laid his ears down showed the truth. He was bisexual and he was so used to keeping it hidden but up until now, everything had flowed out of him like a waterfall off a mountain top. After a while, he sighed and removed his hand only to look back at her. "Unfortunately. I like it, but others tend to treat me different when they find out the truth..." He had said in a shy, low tone of voice.

"I like it. I reckon we could stay here" The lioness said as she swung over the edge of a tree branch.
Below her, her brother was occupying himself by twirling a small stone between his fingers. He looked up at her with a blank face before rubbing his eyes tiredly.
"We are not staying up in a tree" Zhao sighed as he tossed the stone lazily into a bush.
"Oh come on the view is good and we're up high. Plus cats always land on their feet" Kitara argued back at him. She swung herself back up into a seating position and settled herself as so her back was resting against the trunk of the tree. She drew her knees under her so she was crouching and she placed her hands on the branch in front of her to keep her balance.
"That may be so but you always prove otherwise" He retorted with a smirk.
Kitara didn't relpy but merely snapped off a smaller stick that jutted out above her head. She then chucked it at her brother and smiled with satisfaction as it struck him on the head.
Zhao sighed. "FINE! But if you fall out I WILL laugh" He yelled back up at her.
Kitara grinned then leapt out of the tree. She landed in a crouch then quickly stood up. She then whirled on her heel and raked her claws into the trunk of the tree, leaving deep scratches.
Zhao frowned at her. "The point of that being what?" He asked.
Kitara grinned. "So we can find it again" She replied.
"There are fifty billion trees here! Why do we need this one?" He asked.
"I don't know" She replied slowly.

Carmite nodded slowly and said brightly "I wont. Were all equals here."

Alexia just threw pebbles, into the treetop.

When she said she wouldn't discriminate against him or treat him differently, it brough a smile to his lips. He hadn't known anyone who actually cared so much for others to actually call them all equal to one another. "You're the first one to say that. Thanks, Carmite. Oh, and the name's Kevin but I guess I can go by Timber here. Since I'm a wolf that is..." A small chuckle of laughter escaped him but he was still unsure of what the island was, where it was, how many others were on the island, and what there was to do around the island for fun."So, what can I guy do around here?" He asked looking around at the trees, the sandy beach he sat upon, and the mountains he was able to see in the distance above the treeline.

Carmite though for a moment before answering "Maybe.. we should hunt?"

He thought to himself for a while, a hand to his chin. He had never hunted like a wolf before or even when he was human. He never really had a need to. "How do you hunt here? I've never attacked other animals for food unless I was fishing, and I sure know that I've never hunted like a wolf before..." He said his voice showing how unsure and insecure he was of himself.

Carmite smiled before standing up and said "Follow me" her white wolf tail shimmering in the light, as she entered the forest.
