I think Tess mentioned store pets are made of the most popular species, so that more people buy them - if they're spiders, there will be very few sets sold (much less than dogs) and site might not cover its expences, like server cost.

If so, why not store cats or lions. I believe these would be popular too

I definitely agree that it would be nice to see other species from the store soon. But I still think the store pets we do get are pure amazing, they never fail to impress me =3

Agreed, hands down! I can't wait until we get Store Butterwolves. I'd love to see how things are done up with them. :3 I could dig the lions too, honestly.

But honestly, I'm just glad the artists make the store pets so unique, even if they are 'just' dogs or horses. (Which personally, I'm thrilled for 'even' them, though the 'even' isn't 'even' present. I enjoy them all the same. ^.^)

I've been waiting for cats, I really hope they get some of those soon (but I somehow doubt it XS)

Other than that I'm a bit confused: horses are one of the popular species? I always thought they weren't very popular at all

Oh man, I looooooooooooove the new store horses! ♥ It's a rare thing that hasn't happened since last year's gryphon dogs that I feel a need to collect the entire litter of store pets. Usually there's at least one of the litter that I don't like, so I only trade for one or two of the pets. But I need to get my hands on all of these ones! They're all just so beautiful!


Changing the subject, how many 2nd gens are there this month? I got four, is that all?
