Duskfur

Duskfur yawned, blinking as the sun beat into her den. She glanced around, noticing for the millionth time how lonely and empty it was. She still should be a warrior, out there with the young ones, running around, hunting, patroling, fighting, anything. She rose to her feet and stretched her old tired bones, hearing them crack and pop as they usually did in the morning. Rolling her shoulders she noted with pleasure that it was warm outside, meaning her bones weren't aching as bad as they did in Leafbare. She padded to the edge of her den and peered out, just in time to see the tip of Shadowstar's tail whip around and out of camp. She sighed as she watched him go, pride swelling up inside of her. She loved that cat like he was her son, and he practically was. Duskfur made her way fully out of the den and sat outside, starting to polish her coat, sighing when she noticed how grey it was. And not the nice dark grey she use to be, but the grey of age.

Sunfur furrowed her eyebrows in concentration, she looked quite troubled. She was quiet for a few moments, observing the kit. "Whoever left you alone is terrible." She spoke, her voice sounding a bit hoarse. Sunfur cleared her throat, and changed her stern face into a happy grin. "You shouldn't get down about that though! You should come with me. I'll stay by your side." Sunfur said, standing boldly in front of the kitten. "Do you trust me?" She asked, with a warm grin on her face, as she reached a paw out to the white kitten, awaiting for the kitten's answer. It would either hiss at her, or touch her paw. She look dat the kitten equally, she wouldn't want to force it with her.. that would just be super duper wrong right?

Ottersplash nodded at Kindlepaw. "That is true, but that's not what I'm getting at. If you coat the outside edges of a wound that won't stay closed with honey, then put some cobwebs as well as horsetail on it, the cobwebs stick better and firmer and the horsetail keeps the wound closed much better than just the cobwebs. But you have to use cobwebs as well, because the horsetail won't stop the bleeding on it's own; only close the wound to help stop the bleeding. When you combine herbs you can get all sorts of useful things out of it, so you really have to think outside of the box. Great try though! I'm impressed. Ready to go?" he said, lifting up his front paw as if he was about to start walking out of the den.

Kindlepaw nods. He'd make sure to remeber that. He fluffs his fur to cover his embrassment "Yes, I'm ready." He mews. Kindlepaw was happy to get out of camp. He waits for his mentor to leave first before he'd follow him. Kindlepaw hadn't finished memorizing camp and he often ran into things when he wasn't following someone.

EDIT: D'oh! *Facepalm* Ok, so she's a warrior at 24 moons, but her name ends in a 'paw, implying that she's an apprentice. So you need to change the second half of her name to something besides paw. You can do Lightfoot, or Lightfur, Lightbeam, etc etc. After that I'll add her.)

(*Facepalm*. I could''ve known that. I never really read the warrior series, though I have a faint idea what they must be about. I'll change her name to Lightheart xD)
