With a wide grin, Dementra settled back down into a sitting position, looking around for Luke again. How did he know she loved scaring things? Even though they'd known each other for a long time, she couldn't think of any event that might have suggested she did. That must just be yet another thing they both had in common... excitement fizzed down her spine at the thought. Now that she really thought about it, that bubbly feeling she had every time she saw Luke had always been there... just not so defined as it was of late. "It was more than fun," She laughed breathlessly, feeling a little light-headed. "That was awesome! Yeah... I bet it's great getting away from everyone else. That's why I don't hang out with much anyone else, since they're all so tense or boring." She said. Of course, like always, she didn't mean to insult anyone... she was just stating her thoughts out loud to him, and once again cursing herself. What if he tries to distance himself because I'm downing the pack? It was a mere thought, but still, she shoved it forcefully away. Worrying about stupid stuff like that got nobody anywhere, especially if it was something so pointless as that. She made a silent reminder that she should make more of an effort to think straight-forward, not all wacky like that. "I dunno. I'm not picky, either- I guess we could talk, but... all there is to talk about is the moving, and that's too much of an entire pack deal for right now... especially since we're escaping the hold of the rest of the pack's grim air. All I have in mind to do is nothing," She sighed, sinking to her stomach and kicking the goose- it honked and struggled to get up, but its efforts were wasted as it fell back down again.
