The first thing I noticed was that the face looked a little crooked. The nose and mouth are a little too far toward the left side. To fix this, you could either move them, or readjust the hair so that it appears a little more centered. c:

Her head is at an angle. c: I used a personal photograph as the reference, and I always tend to have my head angled to the side.

Her body and hair seem to be facing us, though^^

That's how the body is in the reference ^^; If I could post the ref, I would to show you guys, but it would be ill advised to post a photograph of myself. I do see what you mean with the hair, though. :3

Thank you everyone for all the advice, especially Spotty for the red/blue line.
I'll post the finished piece if i can <3

As for critiquing others, i don't really see anything i could help out with, or i would
Milo, your piece is adorable; Alice, that's soooo CUTE <3 & Solembum, i wish i had your skills. *grabbyhands*

Please comment on other people's drawings.
This is one of the rules.

@Alice in Chains ~ The eyes are stunning, I love them! It's a very nice picture, and the bubbles are quite pretty. I also love the slight reflection on the lion's face and the different colors in it's mane.

I need some help with photoshop. I downloaded some brushes and brush packs, but I don't see how I can open them onto the program to use. Can anyone give me some instructions on what to do?

Don't see anything new to critique...

A lot of people I see animating seem to use flash.
I use GIMP though.

I recently made a new avatar.
It has a slight blue to green animation on the words, so i am sorry if it hurts your eyes XD

Well, GIMP is a fairly easy free program :3
I learned how to animate from a video on youtube, so I guess searching would be of help XD
