"It's not all I felt. I feel confused. Everything you are doing to me. I don't know how to react to it ok? I...I liked it but it felt unnatural." I said and lied down on the floor looking at the rest of the bubble. At least I can't fall if I'm underwater. I turned to my side to see James' feet. I don't like what he did to me but for some odd reason, I can't stay mad.

Manabe looked at her. "Why?" he whispered, barely audible. He wanted to know why he was telling her this. It scared him, and made him uncomfortable.

Yuki shrugged, trying to act as if his strong emotions weren't bothering her. She wasn't very good at talking about the past, since she had a freighting one too. She shivered slightly, adverting her thoughts back to Manabe. "Maybe it's just because you look... uncomfortable. Sorry if you are..."

"Look, I have mine right now," I said while pointing to my neck. "Terezi had come to me asking for gills, and I asked why she said that she uses smell and taste to see, underwater there is no air to breath but if she had gills it would work the same way but with water," I explained. I looked up at him and placed my hands on his neck. "Dialle Norfocli." I said and removed my hands he soon had gills as well, you could see fins, which in his case were his skin colour then grey at the end, but behind those were the actual gills. "Of course you can still breath in air." I smiled and started to walk to the edge of the boat to see the bubble. I really hated the deep deep water. It was dark, and alone, it completely terrified me.

"Oh..." Kiriku reached up, lightly brushing the spot where Misaki had touched his neck. Sure enough, there were gills. Kiriku made a face, and followed behind Misaki. "I'd rather prefer not to be a fish, though," he muttered, trying to make the girl laugh since she looked a bit uncomfortable. Which, of course, made no sense to him. Wasn't she a water dragon slayer? Shouldn't she be happy that she was surrounded by all this water? Kiriku walked up to her so that he was standing right next to her. He followed her gaze and frowned at the bubble. "How does this thing work? Won't we run out of oxygen or something?" He suddenly felt on edge, as if the bubble could pop at any moment.

Manabe leaned forward, putting his head on her shoulder. He just met this girl, and yet... He stayed silent, not even crying. He forgot how to cry all those years ago, and he had not cried since. This was no exception.

Yuki raised her eyebrows, clearly surprised. But she let him lay on her shoulder, and she brought him into a hug. "It's alright... Everything's in the past now..." she murmured, unsure of how else to comfort him.

James sighed, "Your gonna get nausea if you stay like that." He disappeared for a moment and came back wih pillows. He made a little bench and place one pillow on one end. "Here, you can sleep here while I avoid your feet." he mused seeing that she would probably place her feet on his lap and head on pillow instead of vise-versa. "Mmm, I wonder how far down we are. Apprently were are goin to this town full of fish people. But something keeps attacking them. So they want us to protect while they build."

Velvet looked around to check no one was looking as she leaned over the side of the ship to try and touch the air bubble. She had felt an urge to see what it would feel like against her skin, and she was being very courageous today, by her standards anyway. She pulled back, being unable to touch the bubble with a frown on her face. How dissapointing
