Matthew sighed as the pain decreased. He slowly stood up after a while and put his arm around Kaala, walking away with her from Ricky.

Kendra almost got seen while she was in the tree. She had seen the two people talking and stooped right before Kaala came along. After Rickey jumped down, Kendra shifted from a shadow into a solid human form, which would have happened automatically if she was touched by the other girl. She watched silently as the people talked, swinging her legs from excitement. "Ooh~! Look what's going on here," she thought silently to herself.
