((Did you make that up? Its cool! And also, instead of Ringwraiths they could be Pendantwraiths. Wow, thats long to say!
And I'm also thinking of a history behind the pendant. Why it is powerful, where it was made, why Morgoth has it and why it is so precious to him... etc. I might, I might even make... a Gollum kind creature! Consumed by the pendant! This is going to be fun! (Hope you don't mind, Friendly Rain) ))
