First, I would like to start off saying how much I dreaded this day. So many lovely forms and hearing how much you all seemed to care and connect with this rune was certainly unexpected. I understand how disappointed some of you may feel and I also understand that voicing it is needed to cope with it. Working for something so hard but also knowing that others are working just as hard as you, makes me both smile an grimace since I can only choose one of you. I always try to take into account who does not already have a rune and who puts a lot of effort into their form, but that was pretty much all of you! I believe forms to be the best way to judge something rather than the first come first serve judging's. I will try out different methods in the future~

Now the winner of this contest is indeed ~Soul~. She made a lovely form with many pictures and put a lot of thought when coming here to try out for this rune. As did you all! Now I do not want others to voice any disappointment after this and to simply congratulate her. I can tell you from experience that their is nothing worse than winning something when everyone else makes you feel bad about it. Soul deserved this rune just like anyone else did but I want her to feel happy when she does accept it and I hope it brings her happiness every time shes looks upon it rather than guilt. She doesn't deserve that, and this is not what runes are meant to do.

As I do every time at the end of each judging, I thank you all for such lovely forms! You all did so well and I loved reading each word and seeing the images you have drawn. I promise that everyone will eventually find their rune and that hard work and especially persistence will pay off. I hope you all had fun and to be sure to check back in two days when we have our Ancient release at the end of the month along with a batch of new runes! ~Benathorn

Your very welcome and you deserved to have the rune. As I said, do not feel guilty about winning him since indeed you earned him honestly. I hope he can somehow keep a part of your cat's spirit alive and that it simply brings fun by just participating in the Rune Dragons. After all that is what this is all about :3
