The small nations grinned. "Sure I would, Arthur!" he said as he peeked in the fridge and sighed with releif as he saw the many vodka bottles. "So there is some vodka left.." he said smiling.

Romano shrugged and put his hand on the nozzle. "I know you too well, Russia. You are hiding something, and I will find out what it is. I also know you wouldn't shoot me either.." he said as he slowly brought his gun down.

Russia narrowed his eyes, "it's never too late to start" he safety locked the gun and slid it into his pocket, "but there is nothing to find" be said

Romano turned away and shrugged. "Well then, I guess I should go then, ci?" he said turning back and narrowed his eyes playfully. "I might ask your little stalker~" he added.

Arthur smiled lightly, finding a bowl, measuring cups, and a spoon. Making sure he had everything, the pale blond half-glanced down the hallway towards his room. He shook his head lightly, turning back to the baking supplies he had sitting on the counter before him. Hmm... He looked back at Prussia, handing a measuring cup out to him. "Can you fill this up with water to the number two?" The Brit turned back to the ingredients, pouring flour into the bowl.

Prussia looked up. "O-Oh!" he took the cup and went to the sink, filling it up as instructed. He looked back and put it on the counter, next to the other ingredients. "What else do you need?" he asked tilting his head.

Arthur poured the water into the bowl, smirking slightly at the results. He looked back at Prussia. "Oh, um..." He paused, thinking for a second or two. He was so used to fixing cupcakes by himself that the question caught him slightly off guard. "I suppose you could pick the flavor they could be. Or you could make the icing if you'd like." The pale blond paused, pursing his lips slightly. "If you want to make the icing, I could teach you how to." He cracked a couple eggs, letting them fall into the bowl.

"I-I can make the ice cream.." he said smiling. He brought out some powdered sugar and other ingredients from the pantry. "We need these things, right?" he asked while he spread it across the table. He then retrieved the mixer. "A-Are you ok, Arthur?" The German asked. "You seem... Pre-occupied.." he said as he got more measuring cups.

And then--it was just you. Get with the times, darling. You went insane, Latvia isn't a friend anymore, and you are alone. All that happiness was many moons agoml. He is the enemy not the friend. Sucked it up. Stop living in the past.' with those thoughts, my eyes hardened once again, and I closed my mind to those happy times.
That was the past.

Arthur nodded, a soft smile crossing his face. "Yep. That's about it." He mixed the slight mush in the bowl with the spoon, pouring in drops of vanilla every few stirs. At the question, the Brit found himself chewing his lip. A soft sigh escaped his lips. "I suppose my mind is...elsewhere...but otherwise, yes, I'm fine." He couldn't tell if he was lying or not. After all, his mind had been a whirlwind of thoughts since he entered the kitchen, so he couldn't tell was was the truth and what was a lie. At least, I think I am...

Prussia smiled as he let England show him how to make the icing. The mixed the white icing and turned it into a pastel purple, a light pink, and a sky pastel blue. He watched England as he finished making the cupcake batter. "What do we do now?" he asked, putting the frosting in the fridge.
