"Welcome," a voice boomed. "to the one hundredth annual Matching Ceremony! The matches have been granted and go as follows. Our first match is Fox Ryan Davis and the lovely Jordan Daniel Porter. Next we have the pairing of Shane Rider and the beautiful Kierstyn Rose Davis. Following them we have Andrew Ryans and the bright Aurora Jocelyn Parker. For our final match of the evening we have Alexander Emmett Smith and the wondrous Jesse Hayes," a man spoke. He stood on a podium looking out on the ballroom and the well dressed teenagers. Soon it would be the job of the males to provide a house and car for their wives. Eventually a pet and maybe even some children.

It was now time for the children and parents to meet and mingle. Pictures had been given by staff so that every match could b easily identified. Nothing coul be changed now, the matches were final.

Her eyes watched the man. First came the announcement of Fox and Jordan. She smiled for her brother, waiting to hear exactly who she was paired up with. When the voice called "Shane Rider" she smiled. A picture came to her. He was handsome, and soon it would be time for them to go out. The list was soon called and she stood with her mother, making her way toward him.

His name was called first, and with it a girl's name. The picture was amazing, she was beautiful. His dad looked over his shoulder to his son. Fox ignored whatever his dad had said and made his way over to the girl with a smile. "I'm Fox," He said with a smile.

Alex stood back a little, watching as his name was called. When an older lady with a picture tapped his shoulder he jumped. It seemed like he was much too easy to surprise. However, he recovered his calm and stood. The girl wasn't there though- he couldn't find her.

Aurora heard them starting to call out people's names to match them. She looked around when she heard her name being called, after they have stated her as bright. She wondered what they meant by bright? She heard that she was paired up with someone called by Andrew Ryans. She felt someone tap on her shoulder, it was a man that gave her a picture. She took it and looked around, hoping to meet him. Her parents were here, but she chose to stay away from them. She was wearing a beautiful white ball gown with silver heels. Her bright red hair was curled and it came to a little past her shoulders as it was curled. Her bright green eyes searched the rather large ballroom.

Jordan listened as the man started to call out everyone's name's both her and another name was called someone called Fox Ryan Davis. She turned her head as someone tapped on her shoulder passing her a picture. The picture was of who she guessed was Fox. He was handsome and she heard her mother say something behind her but she was too lost in thought to actually listen to her. When she looked up she found Fox standing in front of her "I'm Fox" he said to her with a smile which couldn't stop her from smiling back "Pleasure to meet you, I’m Jordan" she said to him politely and she felt her mother and farther move behind her so they could talk to Fox's parents.

Shane watched as the man started to call out the names of the match’s. He glanced around looking at all the other teenagers and their parents around him. She raised his head to look at the man once again as he heard his name. He was with a girl called Kierstyn Rose Davis.he turned his head as someone tapped his shoulder and passed him a photo. He looked down at it ’Wow ,they weren’t kidding she is beautiful’ he thought and looked around to find her. He noticed her coming his way and went over to her meeting her half way. He knew his dad was close behind him following but he nodded to the girl in greeting and said “I’m Shane”

With her mother close behind the young girl smiled to her match. Her hair was still in perfect shape, and the dress she wore fit her perfectly. "Kierstyn. It's nice to meet you," She said. Her head was down a bit, and she was looking up into Shane's eyes. All that rolled through her head was the name "Mrs. Kierstyn Rose Rider" and the words of every wedding ceremony.

When Jordan smiled it seemed like the world stopped spinning- or started spinning faster. Her looks alone made Fox's heart bubble. He stepped aside to watch his father move toward her parents. His mother was with his sister. "The pleasure is mine."

Jordan smiled again the wind blowing her hair slightly. She'd put it half up half down so it was loose but no in her way.She wasn't quite sure of what to say to him since she wasn't that good with starting conversations. she couldn't keep her eyes off him . At first she hadn't been thrilled with the idea of just beining with someone she hardly knew but when she learned a bit more about him she was sure she'd like him. And not just for his good looks.

Shane smiled. He had a feeling he'd get along with her even though a few people had trouble understanding him sometimes. He noticed that his dad had gone to her mother probably to talk about the match or whatever it was they talked about together. Yet,Shane wasn't payying that much attention to his dad most of it was on Kierstyn.
