(I guess I'll just pretend Shayna never existed and Seth was looking for Alexa.)
Seth cracked the door to the classroom and entered, most of the class was already there. His charge, Alexa was sitting all the way in the back. Most of the seats were taken, filled with others talking to their friends about nothing important. Seth found a seat right in the back, next to his charge who was currently, sketching something out on a page. Her bag was on the chair, meaning that she was probably saving the seat for someone."This seat taken?" he asked curtly. After asking his eyes briefly wandered to what she was drawing, a nature scene of a meadow. It wasn't bad, in fact, it was pretty good.
This signature does not impress me. XP (soulsryummy? Spider lord? I used to go by those names in times past.)

Autumn walked down the hall, ignoring the usual hubbub of the morning rush. She smiled on the inside when she remembered first lesson was art. She turned the corner, her hair swinging around her shoulders. She stopped beside her locked and opened the lock. Taking out a hairband, she put her hair up in a messy fish plait. It hung loosely over her shoulder. Grabbing the rest of today's essential books, she slammed the locker shut. She walked faster, looking at her watch. 5.... 4... 3... 2.... The bell rung just as she reached art. She opened the door and swayed in. The teacher looked like he was going to tell her off but upon seeing who it was, he hesitated and thought against it. She took her place furthest away from the teacher and unpacked the little things she needed.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Reece had not given any of his attention to the professor or the whole subject itself that day. He had gone through the same thing for about a hundred and fifty years, so he knew all the answers already. Most subjects he could explain even better than the teachers themselves, especially history, since he had lived a part of it. All he cared about right then, was getting to know his charge. He had always thought about humans as the easiest creatures to break, so he knew, that eventually, she will need protecting.
The guardian angel perked his ears at the sound of Scarlet's voice. She had noticed his nervousness at the beginning. That's not good, he must've made a complete idiotic impression. "Oh." He spoke calmly. Not wanting to make a big deal out of it, he tried to be as down-to-earth as possible for someone who possessed the ability to fly. "It was just..." - Reece made a small pause. What was he to say? His dog is sick? Or something more truthful, like he had to meet up with someone and was nervous 'cause of that. It had been four years since Reece Underwood was assigned his previous charge, he needed time to get back into it, mentally. "...I've been sick and it felt weird getting back to school again." Shortly after, he decided to speak the indirect truth. For the past two week he wasn't feeling well. Nothing he'd relate to an illness, but he did get waves of strange aura wherever he'd walk, and his twitching habit had become more often. "But, that doesn't really matter.", he continued, "So.. What brings you here?"
When you are assigned a charge, you only get their name, age, and location, so getting into their life wasn't as easy as it could be. Reece need to do everything in his power to find out Scarlet's interests and likes, so he could like them too and maintain a contact. Not to mention he will probably need to find an apartment closer to her home. He always took his job seriously and wanted to be close to his charge in case of things turning for the worse.
The boy was anxious for the class to end so that he could catch up with other angels and see if they have met their charge yet - It was one his to-do list, as the third in command of angels. It will be busy for the next few days for him, that was certain. As the "Third in command" Reece was the one doing all the small jobs, such as making sure the rules are enforced, or being a messenger between, well, everyone practically. And also taking the role of the advisor occasionally. Reece was known amongst the angels as someone who is always working and filling out their duties, and due to his nature of work it had gotten him the nickname "Keeper of stories". He didn't quite like it at first, but as he progressed he began to realize to connection. He is always listening to someone's stories, if not being in them or at least delivering one message to another. He always had a piece of someone's life tale within him.

I run into the building. I memorized Autumn's schedule a few weeks ago, and I sprint into art. I fly past my cover-up locker, realizing that I need human things from there. I stop with ease, and walk back, swiftly, knowing I can't get caught by any authoritive figures. I swivel the knob, and pick out artsy items. Paint, crayons, paper, colored pencils, erasers in the shape of unicorns and frogs. I look at my art bag, and stuff it all in there, trying to make myself look like a messy art-lover. I arranged my items in a specific way to make it look like I was in a hurry this morning, and I slam my locker shut. I walk down to the art room, and fiddle with a paper I had had in my pocket saying I was a new student. I had just been assigned Autumn, and had to transfer cross-country.
I arrive, fake panting. I peek into the classroom, and see the teacher standing up at the front of the class, explaining something. I slip in, and stand in the doorway. He pauses; hurriedly finishing his explanation. As he turns to me with an annoyed look in his face, I put a puppy-dog sadish look on mine, holding out the paper to him. "Sir, I'm new here..." He snatches the paper, and a normal face shows through his previous one.
"All right Miss..." He looks to me for an idea.
"Watt." I answer quietly.
"Watt, yes. Miss Watt, please take your pick of any empty seat." I scour the room for one as close as possible to Autumn. I see one at her table, and sit down there, quietly unpacking and not looking up. The best thing to do with girls is to at lost. It really isn't that difficult, considering I've never been here before.

❋
Zaria Velasquez
❋
Walking down the halls of the school, Zaria searched for her classroom. While her schedule said her class was in room 2341 the school maps didn’t have a room with that number on it. Confused the young adult walked around asking students she met in the hallway for help, but each person she asked looked at her like she was insane.
With a frustrated sigh, Zaria sat down on a metal bench with her back against floor to ceiling windows. Pulling her knees to her chest in defeat, her brown eyes scanned the halls for someone to help her. Seeing no one Zaria sighed.
I wish there was someone here to help me… Zaria thought to herself as she wiped the first of many tears from her cheek.
I wish all those fairy tales were real… I need my fairy Godmother right now! Resting her forehead on her knees, Zaria let out a small whimper as the tears started to fall down her cheeks.
looking to join some rps to get back into writing again
