He was a bit confused. Everyone here just got strait to the point. There was no waiting, there was no thinking. There was only doing with this boy. Alex Xeroi… An interesting boy, but not Skye's idea of good company to tell the truth. Not that he would say anything about it. "Skye." He replied simply before turning his attention towards the girl again. He was worried about her, the way that she completely avoided their eyes. She seemed shy, but that was just too extreme for someone who grew up in the company of the scientists… He, for one, was ecstatic when meeting new people. Maybe not literally, but he was rather sociable when he got the chance. He wasn't one to yell, but he did find contentment in just being around others. It was a nice change of pace. He wasn't sure if the girl would introduce herself, cocking his guitar further up his shoulder the second it felt as if it were going to slip, his hood over his head to make his white hair look grey and to shade himself from the sun.

Persona: Hey. I'm Quinn but sometimes people call me Q because I ask too many questions. I love learning about things. The gardens are so beautiful here. I love how bright them bloom in spring and how quickly they duck and cover in winter. But enough about my pass times. I want to tell you about what I do. I'm a shark. I swim whenever I don't test and whenever I'm not studying plants. I love swimming. It's my life calling. I've always wondered though. What if there is such a thing as normal humans? People who don't have fins, feathers, or fur. I would never tell anyone this. They would probably laugh at me for saying something so dumb. Oh well, maybe I should stop thinking so much and start swimming. Bye for now!
History: I've been here forever. I can't remember my early life very much but I do remember a face. This face had no fins yet it cradled me. I still don't know what that thing was but I do want to figure out someday. I've never seen it again. For now, I'll I do is hang out, chill, study plants, and swim. And I get tested every once and a while but that's not very important.
Likes: I love the color blue. It's so opposite of the color of my hair. That's why I think I love it. It cools me. It heals -and restores me. My mutations cause me to sometimes get hot-headed and stubborn but the cool water, dude, it's amazing. I love how it soaks into my skin. I love how I can be so free in the water. It's my home.
Dislikes: I really dislike meat. Maybe it's because it's the shark in me but I get crazy around blood. I try to go vegetarian but every now and then, I'll sneak beef jerky out of the cafe. It doesn't have much blood so it's candy for me. Beans and tofo just don't cut it sometimes.

My height and weight is about 5'10 - quite tall, and I weigh about 126 lbs.
I dress in light colours (P.S. I'm canadian so I spell a few words differently.), normally a white/silver tank top with grey jeans. Never pink. Ever. Or skirts. I'm kind of a tomboy.
I try to cover up my furry horse-like legs, but my white pointed ears that stick out of my head usually show, unless I'm wearing a hat.

Persona: I'm one who stands strong and fights, not one to run away. Most people agree that I'm not too open to most other people my age or older, but I do have a spot for younger ones. I have a cold surface that can be hard to crack, but will accept a good friend here or there. I like to be alone most of the time, not too good with the 'kind' part for most mutants. I'm proud of who I am, and won't let others tease me. I do like to laugh, though, and like people that make me do so.
History: Grew up at the lab, talked back to the scientists whenever I could, even made some of them laugh. When they first made me, I had the whole back half of a horse, so my nickname was "centaur". I obviously hated it, since I was wayyy taller than everyone else. When they announced we would be let out into the city, I yelled at the scientists until they removed the back part. Now I just have furry white legs & ears.

Persona: I can be kind of immature for my age, I love to play and ask a lot of things, to others and myself.
