Having left Naomi's confused but healthy consciousness, Kiro was finding his own completely unbearable. He found it great fun to invade others' mind, control their actions and thoughts, but very rarely because of the physical and mental toll it cost him every time he tried. So many times in one day, on a powerful Angel three times and then trying to calm disoriented and loud spirits in a half-demons head, was like taking a giant hammer to his body, and drinking more shots of alcohol then even a demon could take. As proven by the retching, twitching, shaking, immobility, and general annoyance. Thus, Kiro's own consciousness was not a fun place to be, as the demon quickly discovered.
He barely felt Ragne lift him up, only realizing it had even happened from the other demon's thoughts. He offered only a small... noise that sounded more like a moan then he would have liked to show that he knew what was going on, unable to do anything more. No more connecting to minds for as long as he could, Kiro vowed. Letting out a faint breath of relief when he found himself on the ground with a pillow of sorts underneath his head, he felt no need to stay awake. And with that, Kiro took a few slow breaths, ad before he even thought that rest would be nice he was utterly passed out in sleep.

[ All I got is Kiro, so I can't help. I want to make a second character... but I don't... but I do... Probably going to save him till crossbreed slots open up, if they do.
Once some sort of time-skip happens and Kiro reawakens, he'll probably go off after Lilith. (: ]

Even though Naomi knew Ragne was just trying to help, she really couldn't keep the twinge of annoyance away as he lifted her and carried her to the fire. Not that she was strong enough to stop him, but, you know. And then he left, leaving Naomi no idea what this was all about. Thusfar, all she knew was that apparently she was a mental case in desperate need of fixing and that Ragne, an extremely powerful demon, hated some extremely powerful angel, and that she definitely did not want to be stuck in between it all.

Naomi lifted her eyes from the ground, examining the broken-looking boy on the other side of the fire, frowning at his state. He had certainly sounded tired when he had "talked" with her, but it wasn't until she was this close that she could see the extent of his injuries. "What happened to you?" she whispered, more to herself as she looked him over -- the curled-up body and the absolutely horrendous shoulder -- it looked like it had been compressed. She looked away, not wanting to looked at the wounded boy who had helped her -- it seemed like John and Jane were being fairly considerate of his warning, or, at least quiet enough so that Naomi could hear her own thoughts.

Out of nowhere, Naomi gives a little, exhausted kind of laugh, because the whole scene just strikes her as suddenly funny. She'd too tired to really burst into a fit of crazed giggled right now, though, so instead she settles with her chuckle and keep s a half-hearted little smile on her face. She's suddenly very tired, and with the silence she needs to finally shut her eyes, her eyes flutter close an, finally, she sleeps.

Faust raised an eyebrow at the half-angel, not sure if he found it believable or not that she didn't know his name -- after all, everybody seemed to know his name. "Nor I yours," Faust replied gruffly, barely looking up. He had started following the half-angel and answer her did not slow his rapid, long gait. He looked as if he just wanted to get this over with and forget about needing help. One thing was for sure, this was definitely not a proud moment in his life, and certainly not one he hoped to remember. Perhaps it will become distant after a few hundred years, Faust hoped to himself.

He sneered as the demon landed on the halfling's arm, disgusted. "Just keep your... comrade away from me," Faust said, saying the word comrade like it was something particularly unpleasant. There was perhaps an or else that lingered at the end of Faust's sentence, but he chose not to finish it -- he just kept walking.

[[ There, made it so a time skip can be made by everybody (if ya want). Maybe not a very long but long enough for Naomi and Kiro to take a nap and for the little band of angels/half-angel/demon to get to where they need to go. c:
Also, Riliane & Allen, I'm probably going to introduce cross-breeds soon enough and a little while after that I'll probably allow a comprehensible one to be made. If anyone else is interested in making one, keep in mind I will only be accepting one, so I'll probably have any who wants to send me a form over PM and I'll decide... they're probably going to be a biggg subplot, so I kind of have to build up to it. ]]

It's your choice, though, it could be fun. :3 Faust may even be a little scared of the whole mind-control thing now, counting that he's not the brightest and it's probably one of the hardest things he's had to shake off. ]]

((I. Will. Make. The. Form. ....Once you want it anyways. I absolutely love RPing the chaos-making/evil characters of an RP, and this just... *insert squeal here* Kiro will be nicely evil once he's not half-dead, but just heartless crazies are just so much more fun. (: ))

Waking up

Kiro had an awful night, that simply. He felt sick and tired, and several times he had woke up nearly screaming, but managing to hold himself back, from horrific nightmares that he could only describe as terrifying to a demon, which was saying something indeed. The hallucinations were the result of the huge mental strain he had taken the previous day, and his mind just couldn't keep itself in touch with reality. Many long and fitful hours of semi-sleep, semi-panic later, Kiro's eyes flickered open again, but not to a twisted reality. Sunlight was rising over the distance, and the air was cool and crisp; nothing strange about it to his eyes, something that made Kiro give a breath of relief. His shoulder hurt awfully, it had been crushed in after all, but it was healing. He was feeling very sick indeed, ready to retch again, and still quite weak, but he didn't intend to spend the day slumped over the ground like a useless invalid.
He sat up with a pitiful groan, like a puppy that had been kicked one too many times the night before. he was honestly surprised he had lived through the night after all of that, thinking his own mind was just going to give up and shut down. That was when the thoughts started bothering him again, for until then Kiro had forgotten about them and therefor all but not heard them. but once he remembered that, as he was a mind-reader constantly, the thoughts never went away, the voices of others' minds flared up in his head again. Covering his ears didn't help so he didn't despite the temptation, and simply screwed his eyes shut again and tried to think. Food. Water. Basic necessities. He really ought to go get those, give something to help this horrible vessel to recover... but standing wasn't an option, even sitting up was hard and nearly beyond him. With a sigh, Kiro flopped onto his back and prepared for a very irritating day indeed.

{ haha, no, Adam would love it if someone attacked Faust. Granted, his first thought would be to shield Kay, but his second would definitely be to consider helping Lilith :3

Naomi woke to a very irritating call of "Geeettt upppp noooowww" from her fellow residents inside her head, still immensely tired but surprised that she had managed such a long sleep. How long had she slept after the voices had started? Four hours, max, maybe? It was certainly new, and made her feel groggy, as if sleep was trying to hold her down. But her own personal alarm clock got louder and louder until it was a never-ending, pestering song that once again filled up her entire mind.

She finally admitted defeat and opened her eyes to a bright sunrise, a cool morning, and a boy on the other side of the long-dead fire that seemed extremely irritated. His face was screwed up in a face that was all too familiar to Naomi, and she sat up, wrapping her arms around her legs and curling into her default position. "It stinks -- the voices," she says quietly, not even sure if Kiro would realize he was being spoken to -- there were often times when Naomi mistook somebody talking to her just another dead person.

Even Naomi felt sorry for the boy and whatever kind of voices he heard, she was also kind of glad that he could, maybe, relate. Or maybe she was overestimating him, creating a world of similarities that weren't really there just so she could find someone like her. Naomi didn't really care, in any case -- whatever the boy said, even if it were one word, would be refreshing compared the voices of others in her head.
