Something along these lines, I think?
I've never really managed to draw legs before, so this was a bit of a learning experience for me too, I must admit.
Please feel free to take anyone else's crits/redlines much more seriously than mine ^^;

Hello! Bast, that drawing was a really strong foundation! You have a pretty good grip on anatomy!
Now, I'm not going to pretend I'm the expert, but I saw that the shoulders were too narrow, and needed to be widened a bit.

Image

Another thing to keep in mind when drawing women is the fact that all women have an 'hourglass shape.'
Image
*Also note that the hips of the hourglass are almost always bigger than the bust. Unless the person in question has boobies surgically added on.

My advice to you (I do this all the time) is to watch people. This sounds creepy, but that's how I'm learning to draw humans.

Thanks you Zoe. ^_^ I kinda thought of the shoulders as well being a bit narrow.

@Bast: I'm not great at anatomy, but the shoulders look at little bit narrow and a bit too sloped. Your neck seems a bit thick but apart from that it's brilliant!

I haven't seen many other posts, but I'll search and edit as I find!

My friend, who feels a bit shy to post (He feels that he doesn't know enough about art to help), has asked me to post his hand sketches for him. Though he came to me at first, I'm not the best at hands so I suggested asking here and he's agreed. He's more of a musician than an artist but he still wants to improve - like all of us!

I apologise for the poor quality, it's a 'print screen' done over Skype.

Link due to size. To me, the palm looks a little small compared to the fingers. Can any of you give a crit or a redline?

@ drift- he's on the right path for an anime like style. If he's going for a more realistic kind ill show an example in a moment. Im not a circles and lines guide for most of my art (hence my disproportioned female above) but I draw what I see. Ill look for my sketch and upload it for him to see if you both want a more realistic scheme.

This is something I drew in class, I'm not sure what breed, I've been thinking doberman/border collie mix, but he's still in development.
And this is an old character of mine. I realize her head is huge, that's mainly because I didn't plan it out at all before I started drawing. I've been playing around with her hairstyle since I first created her and this is the latest one, though I'm pretty sure it won't last long.

Cannec - I whipped up a quick redline for you. C:
Image
The legs were very long, the ears were very pointy and too far forward, and I found a few inconsistencies near the neck. The features themselves are perfect, it's just the placement that was a little off. ^^
By the way, the character is so expressive. I love how you drew the eyes. <33

@ bast ; redline for you uvu
hopefully this helps you some!! <: its just basic structure, and a bit of help on the face.

@ drifting sakura ; heres a redline
i'd like to point out the basic shape i used to redline with. the sort of triangular oval. it really helps when you shape out the parts of the body! this redline should be taken like a grain of salt, because wow hands are not very easy to redline.

@ cannec ; i think you did pretty well on both pieces but the proportions are slightly off. on the human, the head ebing too large. and the canine's legs being too lanky. but otherwise, really great job!! <:

i don't have anything decent to show you guys
so if you need help just ask me and i'll whip up a redline or some critique
