"oh, hello" spirit said in a quiet voice, that showed a hint of surprise. No one ever talked to her.

"Hey, you sound a bit surprised. Why?" Vanille asked curiously

"um....no one talks to me much." she said

"That must suck. Name's Vanille. Yours?" She said, smiling

"spirit." she said. She wondered if this girl was a Different. She did the sign of the differents, if this girl was a different she would understand the sign, but if she was a human it would just look As if she were playing with her fingers. (the sign is crossing your middle finger over your finger next to your thumb and then touching your thumb to that finger) she did the sign, but only for a few seconds, wondering how the girl would react.

As I exit the store, I notice that the girl and her dog weren't there anymore. I jump over the steps and looked toward my left to see the tail of the dog disappear around the corner. I wasn't sure if it was the same dog, but it seemed like it. I walk quickly, the bag with milk in it bouncing off my leg. I turn the corner and see her. I narrow my eyes and strain my ears. I had to make sure she wasn't suspecting anything of me. But I have to get home first. I close my eyes and force my dicrection towards home, then I make my way.
