Cythu Name: Velvet (like Red Velvet cake)
Personality: Velvet is a caring, sometimes aggressive boy. Velvet hates dirtiness and prefers everything to be shiny clean. He often times will attack Flutter for getting the litter messed up. He is a completely inside bird because out side will "get him dirty" as he puts it. I currently am trying to break him of this habit.
Story/Art: Velvet sat on the window sill grooming his feathers. He was just getting clean when the other household bird, Flutter came hoping onto the window sill next to him. Velvet sighed. As always, Flutter was covered in mud from his favorite mud hole. "Please don't shake off, Flutter, I just got clean. Plus, there is a party today." Velvet said politely. "But I'm all muddy!" Flutter complained. "Well, you shouldn't have been in the mud!" Velvet snapped getting irritated. "Sorry, to late!" Flutter said shaking off spraying mud everywhere. Velvet raised his wing just in time to prevent his face from getting covered in mud. "Flutter!" Velvet shrieked shaking off and starting to groom again. Just then there owner came in. "Flutter! Velvet! I told you two to stay clean! Ok, you two." she sighed and rubbed her head deep in thought then grabbed them. "I'm sorry but you will have to stay outside intill the party is over." There owner, Jemmy (not my real name for the record) said. She walked to the door and put them outside. "Stay in the yard and the neighborhood cats shouldn't mess with you, alright?" Jemmy went inside and closed the door. "Thats just great Flutter! You got us kicked out of our house!" Velvet said frantically trying to get back in. "Settle down! We still have the bird house!" Flutter said running to the old oak tree and climbing the ladder.

Cythu Name: Rocky
Personality: Rocky is a shy bird. He likes cozy small spaces. He is a bit clumsy and often gets a beakful of grass or trips. He is often found on his swing, rocking back and forth and happily singing. While he is afraid of almost everything, he stays in his large aviary with his buddy, Little Chirp, and feels safe.
Story/Art: Rocky's egg had fallen out of the nest. It had rolled a far distance and nobody was able to find the nest. While they did find the mom eventually, it was after he hatched. His mom lives with him in his aviary with his siblings now. Rocky grew up a bit shy, but was a smart Cythu and was one of the sweetest. He is always trying to help someone with something. He would like a human companion to be friends with and cuddle with. Little Chirp recently convinced him to go outside the aviary, which ended up with Little Chirp going to get help and Rocky screaming his head off stuck in a tree. He doesn't plan on going back out anytime soon. His mother, his siblings and Little Chirp are helping him become braver, try new things, and have new adventures. Dustie, who is another Cythu that lives with him, has become his best friend. he has even taught him about which berries are poisonous and which aren't- Dustie figured Rocky can only stay in for so long.
