How much would a extra character cost if your ordering a regular (canine)?

In the same piece? Right now regulars are two wishlist '11 store pets. If you want and extra character in one drawing I would charge another store pet or maybe an early 09 rare.

Full body figures are very difficult for me to do as I still need more practice.
