Arthur grinned widely, sensing how nervous Alfred was getting. Of course, he wasn't going to attempt to kill him — at least, not yet — but he'd play around for a few minutes and see where this was going to go. "Sorry~?" he asked, playing dumb. "Sorry doesn't change anything Alfred~ You should know that~" He was going to continue calling the other like that — as well as saying his name like it disgusted him — until he was sure that Alfred was, in fact, sorry. Honestly, he didn't personally care. He just liked messing with people. The Brit sighed lightly, leaning back against the counter. He took one of the cupcakes — the frosting resembling his eyes — and began eating it.

Alfred just rubbed the back of his neck angrily. "Don't push it, Brit. I said sorry, so be satisfied..." At least he didn't poison the food again... he thought, still glaring at him. He hated it, especially when England acted like this. It was dangerous.
