Its iscribble.net and its like a online mspaint where you can draw with your friends and chat and stuff. Its very fun.
Annnd don't be so hard on yourself, all it takes is practice. Ive been drawing frogs since last september. And thats almost the only thing I really draw, and I draw ALL THE TIME. If Im on the computer Im drawing and if Im off it my nose is stuffed into a book or my sketchbook. And usually its the sketchbook. Im not even watching much TV as of late because Im drawing so much.... (except Ill always make time for the froggies... ALWAYS)
