A soft voice filled the hallways of the church. So soft and elegant, yet in a sort of aragant punch mixed in. The voice was loud, being asured to be heard in any room, every room even. "...and so what did he say when you told him? He didn't do the usual again?..." it said, itching for reply.

"Max, I don't want to let you die. I can't." I looked over at him with a pained glance, begging him to stay safe.

After a pause, another voice followed the other. This one, however, sounded much younger and delicate. It was sweet yet sarcastic. "As a matter of fact... he didn't. Normally, as you know, he simply begs me. This time, I suppose he was tired of it. He actually had the nerve to slap me when I laughed at him! Can you believe that?"

"Promise me!" Max whined, "please...." he started crying, he gulped and frowned when he heard the voice though.

Castiel started heading out toasted the church.

Ashley stopped and looked over her shoulder, about to say something to Edward, but froze when she saw he wasn't around her anymore. "E-Edward?" he called, turning around and looking back and forth. Before she could call out again, dark shadowed arms lunged out and grabbed her, pinning her arms down to her sides. She let out a quick scream before she was dragged off quickly into the shadows, and her screams faded into the empty air.

I was about to protest when I froze. There was an odd set of voices ringing out, plus a scream. I slowly stood up, and walked warily out the door. I clapped my hands, making an arm blade. I heard footsteps and prepared to attack. When the person entered, I paused mid-lunge. "Edward! I'm so glad to see you!" I rushed over to hug him, which he returned heartily. "I'll explain later. What was that scream?"

"I don't know. I was here with Ashley and stopped for a moment to look at all the... blood in the other room and then she was gone. We have to find her." Danika nodded at me and turned to Max. She knelt down and hugged him. "Stay here and safe ok?" She returned to my side and we set off to search for Ashley.

"He did what? I'll have him do no such thing to you! I think me and him must have a little talk tonight, I won't take that little! he didn't hit hard did he? And afterwards?..."

Max bit his lip slightly and nodded, "ok" he sat down on the chair watching as they left and then slid over to the door watching as they were gone down the hall.

"I'm happy for it as well in fact" Castiel smirked.

When she awoke, she couldn't see much. Everything was in a rather dim light and she could swear she heard the soft drip .... drop of water falling from a crack in the ceiling. She felt restrained and tensed. When she dared tried to move, she froze and screamed in pain. Now she knew what happened. She weakly looked over toward her left auto-mail arm, which was no longer there ... it had been brutally ripped off by some ... thing ... and she could only guess it had claws due to the deep scratch's it left behind on the remaining metal. She was bleeding due to the harsh removal of her arm, and she could now feel the slowly dying numbness of her right leg, which had a large gash trailing along the calf. She was tied up with some sort of metal ... chains maybe ... or possibly metal cable wire. Whatever it was, it felt like every minute that passed, it grew tighter around her body, making her give out even more screams of pain. Her face was tear stained and she didn't know how much more of this she could take before loosing the last shreds of sanity she had left.
